因为我国民族种业主权遭受威胁。调研显示，少数国际种业巨头试图控制我国种业市场，当前包括全球种业前十强在内的七十多家国际种子企业涌入我国。其中，美国先锋公司20余个玉米品种覆盖我国东北、黄淮海地区，而且这些地区还是我国粮食重要的主产区；山东寿光种植的蔬菜大部分使用的是“洋种子”，本地茄子、辣椒、西红柿等品种被挤出市场；大豆进口占国内消费总量的80%；转基因、基因修饰等前沿核心技术掌握在欧美发达国家手里，这对我国种业安全构成了严重的威胁。
一旦我国种业沦丧，则意味着粮食主权的沦丧，进而意味着民族的生存危机。------我们在战争年代都一步步挺过来了，如果在和平时代败于种业，那将是无可形容的悲哀。
尤其是非法转基因作物的日益泛滥，事实已经对民族的正常生存构成了越来越严重的威胁。危机并非在未来，而恰恰在当下！
事实证明，必须运用法律手段、开动国家机器，将那些长期违法种植转基因产品的犯罪分子绳之以法，才能从根本上遏制转基因泛滥的趋势。
笔者相信，这一天，不久的将来就会出现！
如果说，中央经济工作会议面深而广，难以大篇幅涉及种子和农业问题，而使我们判断中央精神缺乏更具体的依据，那么，12月28日至29日在北京举行的中央农村工作会议已经可以为我们提供具体和有力的佐证了。

由此前后呼应，彼此对照，可以看出，中央已经下定决心要解决种子问题了！危害中国多年的转基因问题，到了需要重炮猛轰的时候！
在中国的土地上，长期盘踞着两大恶性肿瘤：西医利益集团和转基因利益集团。这两个利益集团狼狈为奸，互相勾连，对中国人的生命健康危害甚烈。
新冠疫情已经充分证明了西医利益集团的极端无能，对他们的清算，在理论上已经毫无障碍。只要理论上得到全面彻底清算，再进行实际的清算就不难了。
而转基因利益集团打着所谓“科学创新现代化”的旗号，危害我国粮食安全问题，在理论上仍有一点小的阻碍。
的确，对于转基因技术，我们应当积极研究。但是，转基因利益集团抓住此点，将其无限扩大化为：需要尽快在中国普及转基因粮食，则是反动至极。
转基因作物的危害在理论上存在无限大的可能。一旦转出剧毒物质，就会直接毒死大片人。一旦转出危害人类生殖繁衍的因素，则可能危害几代人，甚至永远难以修复。
从可能性这个角度来说，转基因是好是坏，目前远远无法定论。转基因利益集团声称的“转基因产品与原生产品实质等同”，在理论上根本说不通。
目前很多转基因产品的毒理验证，只是通过小白鼠90天食用来证明，却没有180天、360天，更没有终生食用的证明。因此，目前的试验对于验证人类能否食用转基因粮食是远远不够的。
出于敏感原因，本文就不直接指出转基因粮食业已存在的问题了。
然而这么多年来，中国的市场上却出现了数不清的转基因产品。可以由此推断：在中国违法生产、推广转基因种子的犯罪分子数量相当之大。目前甚至连中药都大量被转基因了。这些犯罪分子已经丧心病狂！
这些犯罪分子不在民间底层，而往往藏在大学、研究所。他们可能拥有令人瞩目的头衔和光环，但是这掩盖不了他们的犯罪行为。
应该是连根拔起、全面清算的时候了！
