Hefei base was set up in 2011; it is currently the biggest CAC manufacturing base in China, currently catering solely for the domestic market. The yearly output is 4.0 billion RMB (about 700 million USD). Midea Washing Machine Division is a home appliance enterprise that is committed to R & D and production of washing machines. The Division has set up major production bases in Wuxi, Hefei, and Jinzhou. There is a combined total of around 8,000 workers at the bases. Three bases have 12 full-automatic production lines with annual productivity reaching 10.44 million units, 6 front-loading and 2 dryer production lines with annual productivity reaching 5.76 million units and 11 twin-tub production lines with annual productivity of 9 million units.

l Full-time Business English teacher for staff aged 20-30
l 15-18 office hours, including teaching hours per week, 45minutes/class
l 5-6 working days+1-2 days off
l Class size: 15-18
l Teaching materials and curriculum: developed and prepared by teachers.
l Teach oral English and Business English to staff aged 20-30 in different departments
l Prepare and developed theory-based and practical lesson plans relating to company’s and staff’s career path
l Maintain long-term professional relationships to maximize business and learning results
★Qualifications and Requirements
l English speakers from USA/UK/Canada/AUS/New Zealand/South Africa, aged 28-45
l Bachelor’s degree or above got in the countries above
l 2 years or above Business teaching and training experience
