★Job description and Responsibilities
l Part-time/Intern Usher& Receptionist in Front Office
l Report to: Front office Manager
l 24 working hours/week,6 working hours/day, including 1-hour lunch time per day
l 4 working days+ 3 days off: adjusted; Weekends: Flexible, according to operations
l Our hospital have tens of thousands of customers in attendance. An usher is a vital part of the stadium staff, responsible for completing a variety of duties to help guests to enjoy a safe and wonderful time. The usher must be neat, well-groomed, organized and approachable to do her job properly. You will assist in daily Front Office operations and work with customers and Guests as part of a project used to demonstrate capabilities required, performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
• Support team members in handling guest requests and enquires to ensure a positive outcome is achieved
• Ensure that both the Front Office Manager and Reception Supervisors are kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from Guests and/or other departments
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
• Act in accordance with health and safety regulations and follow the correct procedures when required
• Follow and adhere to our hospital brand standards
• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships with Team Members
• Work with your Manager to identify a specific project
★ Requirements
l Female Candidates from Russia/Ukraine and other European countries aged 18-30
l Bachelor degree or above preferred
l Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
l 1-year Previous experience in a customer-focused industry preferred
l Positive attitude and good communication skills
l Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
l Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
★Salary and Benefits
l Monthly salary: RMB 7000-9000 per month, paid on 28th/month
l Other bonus: negotiable
