How to apply for China Work Permit and Residence permit?

1.   面试发放offer，签订聘用合同。

Issue offer and sign employment Contract after Interview

2.   用人单位注册外专系统，获取合法账号。

Employer register and get official account

3.   工签资料认证、公证和中文翻译。

Notarization, authentication and translation of docs concerned to apply for working visa.

4.   申请来华工作许可通知。3个月内有效（网申+面审，10个工作日左右）

Apply for Notification letter of work permit, which is valid within 3 months since it is issued.

5.   申请工作签证：

外国人获得本通知后。持本通知至中华人民共和国驻外使、领馆办理签证。（5个工作日左右）

Apply for Working Visa with notification letter and other relevant docs in China Embassy or China consult office in your country

6.   外国人购机票来华。用人单位接机。

Fly to China and Employers pick expats up at airport.

7.   入住宾馆或用人单位提供房屋。用人单位协助租房。

Check in hotels or apartments employers offered. If necessary, employers offer rental service.

8. 宾馆除外，办理临时居留许可证：24小时内至公安部门或在线办理临时居住许可证。（3个工作日左右）

Apply for Temporary Residence Permit online or offline within 24 hours on arriving in China.

9.   办理手机卡、银行卡。用人单位协助。

Apply for SIM Card and Bankaccount.

10.   体检：体检费用用人单位承担。（10个工作日左右）

Apply for Heath report sponsored by employer

11.   办理工作许可证（网申+面审， 10个工作日左右）

持有效签证、聘用合同等材料至用人单位所在地的外国人来华工作管理部门办理《中华人民共和国外国人工作许可证》。

apply for foreigner’s work permit holding the validvisa,employment contract and other relevant documents

12.   办理居留许可证。（面审，10个工作日左右）

入境30日内持《中华人民共和国外国人工作许可证》等材料至用人单位所在地公安机关出入境管理机构办理工作类居留证件。

apply for work-type residence permit with the work permit and other relevant documents to the local public security authorities .

13.   合法工作开始。Start working legally in China
