After 6 Mons of Working in China, apply for Permanent Residence

Shanghai will make greater efforts on attracting foreign scientific and technological talents, innovative and entrepreneurial talents, and high-end skilled talents, according to the new notice issued in March.

Generally, taking policies in Shanghai as an example, applying for permanent residence as a foreigner requires 4 years of working experience in Shanghai, an annual salary of 600k RMB(before tax), and annual tax payment of 120k RMB. 

We have gotten requests from certain candidates who expressed that they meet the pay prerequisites, yet the time they've been in China is moderately short (haven't arrived at 4 years). 

For these candidates, on the off chance that they stand firm on a significant foothold in an organization in China and meet the accompanying prerequisites, they can apply for lasting home after just a half year of working in China. 

Furthermore, they don't have to present the non-criminal record and confirmation certificate! 

1. The situation of the candidate should be agent senior supervisor or above, or scholarly pioneer, or C-level title. Value isn't needed. (position needs to coordinatewith the title data in the work license).

2. The paid-in capital of the organization should be at any rate US$ 1 million. The organization should be enlisted for in any event 2 years.

And it needs to be on the national enterprise credit publicity system (国家企业信用公示系统).

3. The registered address of the company must be within the eligible free trade zone.

4. Applicants should preferably have more than 6 months of work experience in China.

5. Applicants can provide regular tax records.

6. The applicant's background should be normal. (experience related to academic qualifications is preferred).

7. The applicant's company should be able to provide normal annual report(年报), capital verification report(验资报告), and company management statement(公司经营表).
