本句型是典型的寻求问题解决办法的句型。它最常用在议论文中，但也可以用在议论性的图表文中。本句型需要用在分析问题之后，用于引出解决问题的重要性和具体措施。本句型在替换的时候需要注意：the present situation of后面必须接名词或者名词性短语。如果由于表达的限制，需要用从句说明现实情况的话，则可以将because of换成because，然后接the present situation is that...。
