4月14日，2018英菲尼迪斯巴达勇士儿童赛将在上海森兰绿地和大家见面！这是儿童赛首次在上海举办，本次比赛选择了生态环境优美，交通便利的森兰绿地，在这条全新的赛道上，小朋友们将穿越回古希腊，亲身体验充满挑战与乐趣的斯巴达勇士之路。本次上海森兰站的小勇士部落（主会场区域）也将有精彩纷呈的的互动游戏和有趣活动，让您和小朋友一起度过充满欢乐的周末时光！小勇士们，我们赛场见！Aroo！
2018 Spartan Kids Race Presented by INFINITI will be held on April 14th in Shanghai. It is the first time that Spartan Kids comes to Sunland Greenland in Shanghai. The race venue is not only has the beautiful ecological environment, but also has convenient transportation. On this new track, the children will experience the challenges and fun of ancient Greece spartas. There will also have exciting interactive games and funactivities in Spartan Tribe (Festival Area). PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION：
SUBWAY: Taking the subway line 6 to Zhouhailu station and go out of exit 1. Then following the guide toget to the Spartan Tribe.
自驾出行：GPS导航至上海市森兰国际，请根据现场工作人员指示及指引牌到达停车场。出停车场后，步行通过兰谷路与洲海路交叉口，前往勇士部落。步行距离约600米。
DRIVE：Using GPS navigate to Sunland Greenland and followingthe please instructions to the parking lot. Please walking to the intersectionof Langu Road and Chau Hai Road, and following the instructions to the Spartan Tribe(about 600 meters).
*入场时请向安保人员出示报名成功邮件或短信，以便顺利进入赛场。
CAR RIDE：Using GPS to navigate to theParking lot and following the instructions to walk to the Spartan tribe. To avoid the traffic jam, please do not get off at the intersection of Langu Road and Chau Hai Road.
*Please show security guard your registration success email or text message to enter the race venue.

Following the instructions,you will register quickly on the race day.
Your kids’start time will be announced by e-mail and text message before the race day, please pay attentionon your email and mobile phone.
Download and Read this 「Race Guide」carefully.
Download 「Race Wavier 」，「Insurance Application for Juveniles」and printit out.
Sign the 「Waiver」，「Insurance Application for Juveniles」andbring it with your ID card and kids’ identity certification on the race day.
A signed Waiver, a signed Insurance Application for Juveniles, your ID card and your kids’ identity certification are a MUST to ensure you may race.

第一步：带着已签署的「免责声明」、「未成年人投保确认函」以及有效身份证明，前往“注册”帐篷。如果您没有「免责声明」或「未成年人投保确认函」，请前往“免责声明”帐篷获取。
Step 1: Bring a signed racewaiver, a signed Minor Insurance Confirmation Letter and ID card/passport/copy of passport to the registration area. If you have no waiver or Minor Insurance Confirmation Letter, please go to Wavier tent.
第二步：带着已签署的「免责声明」和「未成年人投保确认函」，及有效身份证明前往“注册”帐篷。此次比赛将在现场进行号码匹配，现场任意“注册”帐篷都可以进行赛事注册，你可以寻找排队较少的“注册”帐篷进行注册。
Step 2: Get your bib from Registrationtent.
第三步：参赛者在“注册”帐篷递交「免责声明」、「未成年人投保确认函」以及身份信息证明给志愿者。志愿者确认「免责声明」和「未成年人投保确认函」已签署，以及身份信息准确后，参赛者可领取参赛信封。
Step 3: Racers should hand in signed wavier, signed Minor Insurance Confirmation Letter and ID card to the volunteer before receiving the race bag.
第四步：注册成功，您将获得：
参赛号码信封和计时芯片；
带有参赛号码的斯巴达头带（即号码布）——请确保您的孩子在比赛时穿戴，便于工作人员、志愿者、摄影师识别您孩子的号码；
带有您孩子比赛出发时间的腕带，所有参赛者必须在规定的时间开跑。这个腕带将作为您孩子进入起跑区的凭证，也将作为他完赛后活动区的入场凭证，请全程穿戴；
Step4: Once the Registrationis completed, you will get:
Bib envelope and timing chip.
Headband with your kids’ bib number. Please make sure your kids to wear it during the race so that our staff, volunteers and photographers can identify your kids’ number.
Your kids’ wrist band with race time, please make sure your kids to wear it all the time. ALL RACERS MUST IN EACH ONE'S DESIGNATED START TIME. Please be in the starting area on time.
第五步：前往安踏展位，凭借“您孩子的身份证/护照”领取“安踏儿童漫威系列参赛T恤”。
Step5: Show your kids’ ID certificate to get your kids’ racer Tee from ANTA booth.
参赛保险说明DESCRIPITION OF INSURANCE
每一位选手都将获得由中意人寿提供的“中意短期意外保障团体意外伤害保险”及“中意附加短期意外医药补偿团体医疗保险”。
如在参赛过程中，您的孩子感到身体不适或受伤，请及时联系身边的工作人员。

被保险人（出险人）可自行至社保定点公立医院进行就医（建议使用医保卡）。
治疗完成后，需填写中意人寿提供的索赔申请表，并提供相关索赔材料，材料齐全后提交主办方至保险公司进行理赔。

Every participant will have “Group ShortTerm Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance (Plan B)“ &“Group Short Term Accidental Medical Reimbursement Insurance Rider” for the race day from Generali China.
If your kids feel uncomfortable during the race day, please contact with us, we will be more than glad to help you.

The one who is insured will be taken to the public hospital which is related with Generali Chinaimmediately.
After completion of the treatment, you can take the medical certificate and related documents to Generali China and ask for compensation.

When the accuracy of the documents are checked by Generali China, the insurance company will complete the claim procedures in 10 days and finish the transfer in 5 days.
保险责任：
保险赔付范围是由于参加本次活动造成意外而导致的在社保定点公立医院就医所发生的医疗费用。申请赔付的医疗费用应当为符合当地基本医疗保险诊疗项目、医疗服务设施、用药范围等相关规定的基本医疗保险支付范围内的个人自付部分医疗费用。不包括①医保范围外的医疗费用②医保分类自付③医保统筹非个人自付部分的医疗费用。
INSURANCELIABILITY：
The insurance coverage is the medical cost from the accident during your race day. The application of the compensation should be complied with the local medical insurance and medical treatment project, medical service facilities, medication scope and related regulations.
Exclude: External medical expenses of medical insurance, self-payment for medical insurance classification, medical insuranceco-ordinating non-personal out-of-pocket expenses for medical expenses.
我们将于2018年4月6日以邮件及短信的形式公布您孩子的出发时间，如果对出发时间不满意，请您在收到的邮件或短信中根据提示调整您孩子的比赛出发时间，调整出发时间的截止日期为：2018年4月10日18:00。
We will inform you of your kids’ designated start time via e-mail and text message on April 6th,2018. If you are not satisfied with your kids’ start time, you can change it through the receivede-mail or text message. The DEADLINE on changing starting time is 18:00pm, April 10th, 2018.
注：请提前到达比赛场地，并确保您的孩子准时到达起点出发区。如果您不清楚自己孩子的出发时间，您可查询报名时注册邮箱收到的参赛确认邮件/短信，或登录报名网站的个人中心查询，或在靠近活动入口处志愿者帐篷处查询。
Tips:Please arrive at race venue in advance and make sure your kids get to thestarting area on time. If you are not clear about your kids’ start time, please check your e-mail or text message or get it at bib tent near the entrance or log in personal center onregistration website.
沿途设有2个水站提供饮用水，终点有一个水站提供饮用水，赛事补给充足，参赛者也可以自行准备补给品。
Two water stations are along the course serving pure water. Another one water station is in the finish area. Supplies are abundant, and you can also bring your own supplies.
观众售票入场，比赛日将设专属的观众入口。
1位参赛儿童，可有2位家长陪同。
超出2位家长，从第3位家长，每位家长将收取50元门票。
注：携带非参赛儿童的观众和家长，请务必管理好自己的孩子。所有要进入活动区的观众必须登记后获得门票，方可进入会场。独特的观众视角可以看到部分障碍物通过情况，观众允许在主会场或赛道为您支持的小勇士拍照。
Spectators are allowed on race day, please buy the ticket to get to the Spartan Tribe.
One kid is allowed to accompanied by two parents.
If there are more than 2 parents, each person have to pay 50 RMB to buy the ticket to get to the Spartan Tribe.
*ALL CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES. LEAVING YOUR CHILD UNATTEDED WHILE YOU ARE RACING WILL RESULT IN BEING PULLED OFF THE COURSE AND ASKED TO LEAVE. All spectators must have tickets to get to race venue and they are allowed to stay at Spartan Tribeor get to the race course.
现场提供存包服务，如果您计划存包，我们会将您孩子的头带号码写到一张贴纸上，并贴在存包上以示区别，完赛后您要出示您孩子的头带来拿回您的包。存包处将在早上8：00左右开放并在最后一个参赛者取完包后关闭。
We provide bag check service. If you want to store your bag, we will write down your kids’ bib number on the sticker which on your bag. When your kid finish the race, please show your bib and fetch your bag. Bag check service will open at 8:00am until the last participant fetch his/her bag.
现场会设置冲洗区，请携带换洗衣物以及毛巾。为保证全部参赛小勇士都能享受到冲洗的服务，请每位家长将自己的小勇士的冲洗时间控制在3分钟以内。为保证场地及水源不被污染，请家长和小勇士们不要使用任何化学沐浴产品，包括但不限于洗发液、洗面奶、沐浴液等。
Shower facilities are on the spot, please bring your own towel. In order to ensure all members have the opportunity to take shower, your shower time is limited to 3 minutes for good. *For the protection of the river and water source, please do not bring any chemical products, including shampoo, facial cleanser etc.
完赛后，您的小勇士将获得「完赛奖牌」、「完赛T恤」、「香蕉」等完赛物品。
Your kids will get Spartan Kids Finisher Medal, Finisher T-shirt, banana after finishing the race.
我们将会在现场售卖为赛事特别定制的特许商品，包括各式服装、手机壳、车贴、冰箱贴等，欢迎选购。注：现场支持微信、支付宝及现金支付。
Spartan merchandise will be for sale onsite. The merchandise are customized for the race, including various clothes, cases for iphone, rain coat and so on. You can pay via WeChat, Alipay and Cash. Welcome to select them!
精英组男女前三名将获得奖励。颁奖仪式将在比赛日上午10:45左右举行。
男女前三奖品将按照如下颁发（仅限精英组）：
1-精英组儿童男女前三名可获得勇士奖杯；
2-精英组的儿童男女冠军可获得由英菲尼迪提供的精美车模及冠军返程贵宾服务；
3-精英组的儿童男女亚军可获得由安踏提供的1000元安踏运动装备奖金；
4-精英组的儿童男女季军可获得由安踏提供的500元安踏运动装备奖金。
Awarding ceremony will be held at around 10:45am.

我们在障碍中以及完赛后安排了摄影团队来抓拍每个过孩子在通过障碍以及完赛的精彩瞬间。在领取完赛物资后，我们将为完赛的小勇士提供摄影棚用来拍摄完赛照片。赛后您可即刻获取小勇士的参赛照片，照片的获取链接会在官方微信号（ID：SpartanRaceChina和SpartanKids）中进行发布，您可直接进行查看及下载。
Photographers will be settled along the course and the post-race victory photo tent. Official event day photos can be found and download in our Wechat account (SpartanRaceChina or SpartanKids) on race day. Please follow the instructions to get your photos.

我们不建议您带孩子在赛事障碍搭建期间对比赛场地和障碍进行提前勘探和体验，对提前到场尝试造成或出现的任何问题，后果需要您自行承担。
所有参赛儿童在进入赛场时需要至少一位监护人陪同。
比赛场地内不允许随意搭建帐篷。
不允许携带冷藏箱、玻璃瓶以及明确规定的违禁物品等，比赛现场将设置安检门和金属探测仪，以确保参与者未携带危险物品。
如果您要使用移动摄像机或其他电子设备，请把您的姓名和联系方式贴在上面，如果在赛道上丢失了，这是我们帮您找到的唯一办法。
赛前请保证您孩子的充足睡眠，认真对待斯巴达勇士儿童赛。
ALL CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES. LEAVING YOUR CHILD UNATTEDED WHILE YOU AER RACING WILL RESULT IN BEING PULLED OFF THE COURSE AND ASKED TO LEAVE.
One kid must be accompanied by one guardian on the race day.
Nopop-up tents are allowed in the festival area.
Nocoolers or glass bottles allowed on property. Security staff will check for them as you enter.
Please leave a sticker with your name and phone number on your camera or other electronic equipment. This is the ONLY way to find them if you lose your equipment on the course.
Make sure your child to get a good night’s sleep. Spartan race is not a joke...
在恶劣的天气，如闪电、龙卷风事件、飓风等，为保证参赛者、志愿者和工作人员的安全，斯巴达勇士赛组委会保留取消障碍，选择部分线路或取消比赛的权力。天气总是难以预测的，需要提早准备，来应对寒冷的清晨，晚上的低温，以及可能到来的暴风雨。
In conditions of lighting,tornado and hurricane, Spartan Race reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or modify the Event due to weather conditions that might affect the health and/or safety of participants, staff and volunteers. Weather is changeable, so we will have precautions in advance so as to deal with the cold morning,
scorching afternoon, and possible storm.
