Our discovery team in Cambridge/Boston, Massachusetts, is seeking a candidate to join our effort to drive Immunology target discovery. He/she will be responsible for building the Immunology pipeline with lupus as the primary disease indication and IBD as a secondary disease indication.

Key responsibilities:

Drive Immunology projects: generate target hypothesis, build data package, and evaluate potential therapeutics

Execute in vitro experiments to investigate target mechanisms of action

Lead in vivo proof of concept studies

Qualifications:

PhD in Biology, Immunology, Oncology or Pharmacology with 5+ years experience,工业界的经验是必须的

Experience working with lupus, CLE, SLE, or IBD (Crohn’s or UC) is preferred

Provide subject matter expertise in oncology and autoimmune disease indications and mechanisms.

Maintain an excellent grasp of emerging areas of oncology/inflammation research and identifies potential new therapeutic targets.

Play a visible role in the decision-making process on cross-unctional discovery teams.

Identify and/or develop appropriate in vitro and/or in vivo model systems to address key biology questions.

Closely work with CRO to follow the progress of discovery project

Qualifications:

Ph.D. in cancer biology, immunology , Pharmacology or related field.

Expertise in aspects of molecular, cell biology or animal models

Demonstrated track record of utilizing knowledge to design and execute a research strategy.

Job description

• According to the company's holistic and long-term growth strategy, formulate the overall product development strategy, fully responsible for the construction of the company's product pipeline and technology platform, responsible for controlling the progress and quality of R&D projects, to ensure the completion of the company's overall R&D objectives.

• Manage initiation of novel assets development, including new target proposal, proof of concept , lead development and testing.

• Responsible for establishing and maintaining antibody development platform, including but not limited to bispecific antibody, single domain antibody, fusion protein, ADC, and other modalities.
