Warm up 丨最适合英语课堂的热身活动，知多少？（上篇）

小学阶段的孩子性格活泼好动，对事物充满好奇心。
但他们英语学习刚刚起步，水平还比较低，一上课就立即让他们安静下来投入教学明显是不合理的，需要给他们一个准备热身的融入过程。
通过“热身warm up”，可以唤醒学生对英语的喜爱，激起对本节课的兴趣。
特别是容易犯困的下午，在英语课程上一起来做一个有趣的热身活动，听起来就精神振奋了。

常用的热身warm up 的操作形式：
▶ 经典的英文歌曲+舞蹈；
▶ 简单的互动游戏
通常控制在5分钟左右，时长太长会影响之后的教学喔。
TIPS：
热身warm up 内容最好选择与本课教学内容相关的主题，可以有引入lead in 的效果；
热身warm up 内容也可以和课次教学内容相关，作为复习review的效果。
▊ 1、magic fingers s
方法：
老师伸出几根手指，学生就要读出相应的遍数。
但是，当老师只伸出个拳头时，学生就不许发出声音，而是迅速站起来并且跺脚，再坐下。
做错的同学要受到小小的惩罚。
目的：
在操练单词和短句中使用，增强趣味性，让孩子精神集中，始终跟着老师的思路走。
适用范围：
幼儿，进阶及初中较低年级。
▊ 2、Passing ball
老师背对学生，有节奏的拍手
Passing down, Passing down,
（学生一边说，一边传球）
Passing Passing down,
（学生一边说，一边传球）
Passing down, Passing down,
（学生一边说，一边传球）
Passing Passing down,
（学生一边说，一边传球）
...
Stop!
球在哪位学生手上，老师就问相应的英文问题。类似中国的击鼓传花游戏。
▊ 3、One two three four
one two three four, clap your hands
（1 2 3 4，拍拍手)
two two three four, stamp your feet
（2 2 3 4，跺跺脚）
three two three four, nod your head,
（3 2 3 4，点点头）
four two three four, hands on knees.
（4 2 3 4，小手放到膝盖上）

（上下抖动肩膀）

(两只手各出示一只手指，变成一个牙刷的样子，在嘴边上下刷动)

turn to a rabbit,
jump jump jump.
（两只手各出示两只手指，转一下，变成一个兔子的样子，上下跳）
Three fingers,
three fingers,
turn turn turn,
turn to a fork,
cha cha cha.
（两只手各出示三只手指，转一下，变成一个叉子的样子，上下叉动）
Four fingers,
four fingers,
turn turn turn,
turn to a cat,
meow meow meow.
（两只手各出示四只手指，转一下，变成一个猫的样子，在嘴边划动）
Five fingers,

turn to a tiger,
aw aw aw.
（两只手各出示五只手指，转一下，变成一个老虎的样子，两只手举起来假装扑向孩子）
