ALL or Nothing
大家好，可能部分人已经听说，ALL正处于窘境。在疫情到来之前，我们的收入情况已经不容乐观，但仍可在不妥协club内容品质的前提下勉强维持。然而疫情导致数月收入的损失将我们逼入了绝境：我们远不足以支付这段时间的房租与工资。我们的投资人也告知如果5月底之前无法筹集30万元人民币资金的话那么ALL只能被迫关闭。我们理解其他行业（或个体）也在经历着同样的时刻与相似的困境，但如果不是因为五月底这个强硬的时间截点我们不会发布这样一个公告。
Hello!
As some may have already heard, ALL is in a bit of a sticky situation. Before the virus things weren’t easy financially, but we were able to survive without compromising on what we want the club to represent. We have now missed out on a few months’ earnings, and this has put us up against the wall – rent and wages have gone out without much coming in. We’ve been told by our investor that if ALL can’t raise 300k rmb by the end of May it will be forced to shut down. We understand of course that many other businesses (and individuals) are in the same situation at the moment – and were it not for the hard May deadline we would not be making an announcement like this.
Promoters and friends already know the situation, and everyone is on board to make May a big month. As well as special events from our regular crews and collectives, we have a number of new events to shake things up.
我们会与上海的Elevator（他们会将其著名的美杜莎之夜Medusa night带到ALL）及深圳的Oil做Club交换策划。LURE将为庆祝新时装店“Frog Bed”的发布举办after party，PAUSE也将回归一晚。除了周五、周六的活动，我们还会将club变成魔声卡拉OK厅，举办第一期ALL市集，以及由李佳桓（Alvin Li）策划的两晚影像展览。
We’re doing Club Exchanges with Elevator in Shanghai (they’re bringing their Medusa night to ALL) and OIL in Shenzhen. LURE is celebrating the launch of a new clothing shop, ‘Frog Bed’, and PAUSE is back for one night only. Outside of Friday and Saturday nights, we’re turning the club into an autotuned KTV, holding the first ALL market, and hosting a two-night video exhibition curated by Alvin Li.
这个月末或将结束于ALL的最后一次party，亦或将庆祝幸存后的崭新开始。
The month ends with what will either be ALL’s last ever party or a celebration of the club’s survival.
下周我们将宣布一个众筹计划，一系列由Kim Laughton, Asian Dope Boys, Genome, Antigen X 惬意忙MondayOFF 以及 SVBKVLT X 33EMYBW新设计的T-shirt、全新的ALL衍生品及一些上海夜生活纪念品将接连面世。
Next week we will be announcing a crowd funding project, with a selection of new shirts on sale from Kim Laughton, Asian Dope Boys, Genome, Antigen X MondayOFF and SVBKVLT X 33EMYBW, new ALL merchandise and some Shanghai nightlife memorabilia.

As we said before, we wouldn't be asking for support unless things were critical, which unfortunately they now are. Although times are tough right now, we believe in the long run this will strengthen the community, deeper connections will be made and new things will be born. We are truly grateful for everyone pulling out all the stops to keep us alive after May, and we hope to see you at ALL some point over the next month and hopefully beyond.
