Position: Associate - FCS - HR

Location: Chengdu - Service Delivery Centre

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Design human resource report templates, continuously optimize report models and datasources, and provide data support for business development and processimprovement;
  • Analyze theshortcomings of human resources operation and collaborate with variousdepartments to promote the efficiency of human resources operations;
  • Review the data report logic and extract requirements, and periodically summarize andoutput the KPI of the human resources department to achieve the result;
  • Assist and participate in department process optimization projects to improve the overallwork efficiency of human resources operations.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor degree, more than one year of relevant work experience in data analysis;
  • Experience in human resource data analysis is preferred;
  • Skilled use of Alteryx or Tableau or SQL is preferred;
  • Proficient in Excel application, including chart making, function, pivot table and other functions;
  • Good learning ability and strong initiative; Meticulous thinking,attention to detail, good logical analysis ability;
  • Have good team coordination ability and driving force, have teamspirit and goal orientation.


岗位二:成都 - 商务服务中心 - 审计助理


Line of Service: Assurance

Position: Associate

Location: Chengdu - Service Delivery Centre    

Type: Permanent - Full time

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Adhere to PwC SDC policies and procedures;
  • Perform work and provide related deliverables in accordance with SDC’s User Guide instructions as applied to work requests;
  • Monitor time spent on assigned tasks and manage deadlines;
  • Liaise with Team Manager/Deputy Manager and Senior Assistants on a regular basis to understand work required. Observe delivery timetable and meet client service expectation;
  • Maintain working knowledge of the SDC User Guides;
  • Participate in training and other developmental opportunities, where possible;
  • Consistently demonstrate teamwork dynamics by working as a team member: understand personal and team roles; contribute to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; and proactively seek guidance, clarification and feedback from Senior Assistants and Team Manager/Deputy Manager;
  • Other work assigned by the superior or company.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor degree (Graduated  is welcomed), a major in Accounting, Commerce and/or Business preferred;
  • Experience in finance or accounting related work a plus;
  • Prior BPO centre experience will be preferred;
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and a desire to take responsibility for personal growth and development;
  • Be able to work under high pressure from Jan to May;
  • Commit to continuous training and to proactively learn new processes;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and simple English;
  • Good communication skills, willing to communicate with others on problem identified;
  • Detail oriented and careful;
  • Good customer service attitude;

Position: Associate - Deals

Location: Chengdu - Service Delivery Centre

Type: Permanent - Full time

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Industry research including research towards specific industry or companies and collect/organize data required;
  • Industry preliminary report to demonstrate the findings from industry/company research. The report includes text description and charts;
  • Collecting required data from various sources and convert data into editable form such as Excel spreadsheet;
  • Validating formal reports from project teams to ensure reports are accurate and correct;
  • Reviewing and organizing contracts to collect required data and convert into editable form such as Excel spreadsheet;
  • Translating reports and/or documentation from project teams on ad-hoc basis;
  • Assisting to establish and maintain data base;
  • Other work assigned by the superior or company.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor degree with a major in Accounting, Commerce, Business, Science (including Computer Science) and/or Engineering;
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and a desire to take responsibility for personal growth and development;
  • Commit to continuous training and to proactively learn new processes;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English. CET 6/TOFEL/IELTS;

岗位四:成都 - 商务服务中心 - 行政专员


Line of Service: Operation Team

Position: Associate

Location: Chengdu - Service Delivery Centre    

Type: Permanent - Full time

Job description:


  • Support local Assurance Operation Team to prepare the Human Capital (Leave management, Headcount movement, Training Monitoring, Time sheet comparison, etc.) and Finance (Manpower, billing support, NI, Cost management, etc.) relevant reports on a regular basis, and take follow action via email and call if necessary;
  • Support local Assurance Operation Team to deploy assurance staffs work in Talentlink system;
  • Data entry;
  • Support local Assurance Operation Team to any other ad-hoc case which is admin function related.

Requirements:

  

  • Bachelor degree, no major preference;
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English;
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially good excel skill;
  • Able to write Marco in excel are preferred.

  • We are currently looking for individuals with strong backgrounds in IT audit, IT risk management and quality assurance.

Key responsibilities will include: 


  • Understanding the knowledge and methodology of IT audit, risk control and with professional experience,  assist in IT audit and control related work;

  • Coordination on IT audit audit/compliance programs from both internal and external, and ensure that all audits are completed on a timely manner;

Line of Service: Business Enablement- L&D

Position: Senior-Associate

Location: Chengdu SDC TFSP 13F     

Type: Full time

Job description:


  • Independently complete the design and delivery of courses related to the generic skills training system;

  • Cooperating with the training manager in the planning and implementation of generic skills training programs;

  • Responsible for participant management, resource coordination, and relationship maintenance in the generic skills training program;

  • Leading the organization and implementation of the whole process of the front, middle and back-end of the generic skills training operation and sorting out the project results;

  • Assisting in the planning, organization, operation and implementation of corporate culture related work;

  • Other tasks as assigned by superiors.


Requirement:


  • Bachelor's degree, no major preference;

  • 3 years or above working experience;

  • Good English skills, preferably with training related experience;

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other office software, with some ability to analyze data statistics;

  • Good communication and expression, logical thinking, organization and coordination, systematic thinking, problem analysis and solution skills;

  • Good stress tolerance and resilience.
