Journal of Genetics and Genomics (JGG) 拟于2023年上半年出版人体微生物组专刊(Special Issue on Human Microbiome)。我们诚邀您赐稿与人体微生物组相关的研究论文(research article)、数据分析和技术创新论文(resources & method article)、综述论文(review article)等。

稿件主题包含(但不局限于)以下六个方面：

• Microbiome-host cross-talks: molecules, pathways and mechanisms

• Microbiome in disease development and therapies
• Human microbiome engineering
• Mobile elements, antimicrobial resistance and gene transfer/evolution in the microbiome
• New analytical approaches for the study of microbiome functionality
• New frontiers in microbiome research: under-studied organs/tissues, meta-transcriptomics, meta-proteomics and epigenetics
