ABOUT US

CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国，全体评委六年来坚持初心、恪守原则，得到行业高度认可和持续支持。六年来，组委会共收到参与作品4,276份。感谢这六年来，681家先后参与过大奖的公司，因为你们的信任和支持，组委会完成了：

1. 奖项章程建立：更科学、严谨的奖项流程和制度；

2. 执委会成立：高效、民主的执委成员，为奖项建言献策；

3. 评价标准完善：字斟句酌、代表评委团价值观的评价标准正式公布。

The Judging Panel of CREDAWARD has adhered to the original aspirations and abide by the principles, and have been highly recognized and sustained support by the industry. In the past six years, the organizing committee has received 4276 entries. Thanks to the 681 companies that have participated in the award these years. Because of your trust and support, the organizing committee has completed:1. Establishment of Article of Association: the more scientific and rigorous award process and system;2. The establishment of the Executive Judging Committee: efficient and democratic, to provide advice and suggestions for the award;3. Improve the evaluation criteria: The evaluation criteria representing the value of judging panel are officially announced;

2020年，第7届CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国于11月正式申报开启以来，我们秉承一贯坚持品质、以更严谨的态度对待行业盛世。经过评委执委决议，第7届CREDAWARD地产设计大奖·中国奖项流程如下：

Since the 7TH CREDAWARD Application officially started in November 2020, we have always adhered to quality and treated the industry with the rigorous attitude. After the decision of the executive judging committee, the 7TH CREDAWARD Process is as follows:

■ 项目设计更具有积极的创新性、原创性、文化传承的体现；

■ 项目雅俗共赏、对行业审美趋势具有引领作用；

■ 项目功能合理，具有时代性及独特性特征； 

■ 项目水准对城市及周边环境提升产生积极作用；

■ 项目对行业可持续发展起到引领作用；

■ 项目在当下甚至将来都具有一定的学习典范作用；

■ 项目设计品质与成本兼顾，对产品价值提升产生积极影响。

CREDAWARD adheres to the evaluation standards of architectural aesthetics, environment protection, user experience and economic benefits, spread and commend cutting-edge design concepts for the Gold Award projects. 

Reference of Evaluation Scope:

◆The project should be more positively innovative, original and cultural;

◆The project plays a leading role in the aesthetic trend of the industry；

◆The project should be of a certain era and has prominent landmark features;

◆The project should be important positive impact of the project on the surrounding/local society;

◆The project has a profound effect on the sustainable development of society;

◆The project has a certain role model for learning now and even in the future;

◆The project takes into account the design quality and cost, and has a positive impact on the enhancement of project value.

Up to now, DJSER only organize and manage CREDAWARD. We have never participated in any other award cooperation with other institutions.

4. 近期，行业内出现多个「地产设计大奖」，我们相信每个奖项评委都在坚持自己的评价标准。名字雷同，纯属巧合。

Recently, there have appeared many "Real Estate Design Awards" in the industry. We believe that each award is sticking to its own evaluation standards. The similarity of the name is purely coincidental.

数起于一，立于三，成于五，盛于七，处于九。

在中国，数字“7”带着神秘的色彩：天上有“7星”；人的感情有“7情”；色彩有“7色”；音乐有“7音”；诗歌有7言、7绝、7律诗；人体有“7窍”… …
