《不眠之夜》7月演出暂缓开放公告

尊敬的贵宾，

鉴于近期上海市疫情防控最新情况，为更好地配合落实防控管理政策，我们很遗憾地通知您，《不眠之夜》上海版将暂缓开放原定于2022年7月13日至7月31日的演出场次及802客房体验，后续演出计划将根据疫情防控要求动态调整，您可留意“SleepNoMore上海”公众号、微博或小红书账号发布的官方公告。由此给您带来不便，我们深表歉意，敬请谅解！

即日起，针对已经购买《不眠之夜》上海版2022年7月份演出场次的观众，您可通过以下方式处理退换票事宜：

1）在《不眠之夜》上海版官网（手机/网页端）或小程序预定的观众，请您发送邮件至 [e-mail]，注明购票时填写的「邮箱」「手机号」「原定场次」「退换票诉求（退票或改期的场次）」，工作人员将在5个工作日内尽快为您处理。

2）已购买并预约“2022夏日自由通兑票”的观众，您可登陆指定的 SMG LIVE 预约平台，自主进行改期或取消。演出恢复后，我们将第一时间通知并开放最新演出场次的预约。如有问题，您可于工作日 10:30-18:00 期间致电官方客服 400-820-4890 进一步咨询。

3）在大麦/猫眼/格瓦拉/摩天轮/携程/抖音等其他官方授权票务平台购买演出票的观众，您可联系所购渠道客服办理退换票。

*温馨提示：

1）演出票目前可供更换的场次日期为2022年8月1日至8月31日；

2）换票仅支持改期至同价位的演出场次；若部分场次余票有限，还请您配合调剂；

3）本通知未尽之处，请参考工作人员的引导。

According to Shanghai municipal policies regarding pandemic control and to protect the health and safety of our audience and performers, we regret to inform you that Sleep No More, Shanghai performances will be cancelled from July 13th to July 31st, 2022. Subsequent show plans will be dynamically adjusted according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control. Please check our WeChat, Weibo or Xiaohongshu account for the official announcement of the resumption time. 

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have booked your stay during this time, please apply for a refund or exchange in the following ways:

1) If you booked your stay via our official website or Mini-Program, please send an Email to [e-mail], indicating your email, phone number & ticketed date. We will confirm for you ASAP.

2) If you purchased the 2022 Mid-summer Free Pass Ticket, and have already made the reservation, please reschedule or cancel your stay on the SMG LIVE reservation platform. Once the show resumes, we will let you know and open the reservation for the shows as soon as we can. If you have any further questions, please contact us (Tel: [phone]) between 10:30-18:00 on weekdays.

3) If you booked your stay on other ticketing channels, please contact the website’s customer service for the refund or exchange.

*Tips:

1) Tickets are currently available for exchange for dates from August 1st to August 31st, 2022.

2) Ticket exchange is only supported for rescheduling to a performance of the same price; please also cooperate with the transfer if there are limited tickets left for some performances.

3) Please refer to the guidance of our staff for the unfinished parts of this notice.
