大家好！今天WeWork在美国与加拿大做出的重大战略重组决定，与WeWork中国没有任何关联。

我们要强调的是，WeWork中国早在2020年末与WeWork分离，WeWork中国是一个独立品牌，目前已经成为一家专注在中国市场提供高品质的灵活办公空间和综合性办公服务的企业。我们拥有独立经营和管理能力，而非WeWork的分公司或子公司，更不会参与此次美国和加拿大正在发生的战略重组过程。因此，WeWork全球其他区域的任何经营情况对WeWork中国都不将产生任何影响。

经过三年的独立经营和管理，目前我们在全国12座城市开展业务，为6000多家企业和70000多名会员提供专业服务。在2023年过去的几个月中，我们陆续推出了3个全新社区：武汉的企业天地1号社区、上海的国际传媒港社区、北京的好世界商业广场社区（二期）。我们对中国市场充满信心，并持续拓展和创新，满足新经济趋势下企业客户的各类办公需求。

如今的WeWork中国，作为以全球化视野服务中国的办公空间服务引领者，提供的不仅是办公空间，更是以空间和服务为载体，为企业量身打造全生命周期服务。并且，WeWork中国更加关注中国本土企业的需求，根据中国本土企业的痛点与时俱进迭代产品，陆续推出随行办公产品「Pass随心座」、高端商务办公空间产品「励帷」，全方位满足客户的各类需求。

为了更好地传达品牌的核心价值，WeWork中国在2023年9月发布全新品牌slogan为“工作无边界，梦想无极限”。未来，WeWork中国将进一步加速本土化，不破不立，打破常规，创造新的联结，将通过四个“打破”——打破空间的边界、打破人与人的边界、打破创造力的边界、打破效率的边界，携手会员将美好愿景化为现实，成为客户成长发展道路上最值得信赖的伙伴。

Today, WeWork made the decision to commence an important strategic reorganization process in the U.S., along with recognition proceedings in Canada. However, please be aware that this is unrelated to WeWork China.

In late 2020, WeWork China separated from WeWork Global and became an independent entity to focus on providing high quality flexible workspace and integrated business services in China. Now WeWork China is an independent brand and have completely independent management and operation. Importantly, we are not a subsidiary or branch of WeWork or a part of this strategic reorganization process. Therefore, the operational situation in other regions of WeWork worldwide does not impact WeWork China.

Over the past three years, we operate independently in 12 cities nationwide, serving over 6,000 companies and 70,000 members. In the past few months in 2023, we have launched WeWork China Tiandi Tower A1 community in Wuhan, WeWork China International Media Port community in Shanghai, and WeWork China Wonderful World Commercial Plaza (Phase II) community in Beijing. We are confident in the market and continue to expand and innovate to meet our clients' needs.

WeWork China, as a leader in providing workspace services for China with a global perspective, offers more than just space. We serve as a conduit for space and services to provide tailor-made full-lifecycle services for businesses. We pay even more attention to the needs of local Chinese enterprises, continually improving our products based on their requirements. We have made products such as "Pass" for mobile office solutions and "Lit by We" for high-end business office space, to comprehensively meet the needs of our customers.

In order to better convey our brand's core values, WeWork China created a new brand slogan in September 2023: "Work Without Boundaries, Dreams Without Limits." In the future, WeWork China will further accelerate localization, break with conventions, create new connections, and collaborate with members to turn beautiful visions into reality. We aim to become a trustworthy partner on the path of our clients' growth.
