划重点：学习十九届中央纪委二次全会公报重点
1月10日至13日，十九届中央纪委第二次全会在北京召开。在这次全会上，习近平总书记发表重要讲话，深刻阐述党的十九大关于全面从严治党的战略部署，明确提出当前和今后一个时期全面从严治党的总体要求和主要任务，向全党发出了全面从严治党重整行装再出发的伟大号召。

全面贯彻落实党的十九大精神的三个关键：
The keys to implementing the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress are as following:
关键在于坚决维护习近平总书记在党中央和全党的核心地位,坚决维护党中央权威和集中统一领导；
to safeguard Xi's position at the core of the CPC Central Committee and the whole Party, and to safeguard the authority of the CPC Central Committee and its centralized, unified leadership.
关键在于自觉用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想武装头脑、指导实践、推动工作；
to study and grasp Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and make it the guide in practice and work
关键在于坚定不移推动全面从严治党向纵深发展
to firmly exercise full and strict governance over the Party.
全会提出全面从严治党的八大着力点：
第一，把党的政治建设摆在首位。
to put political rules and disciplines of the Party at priority
第二，全面推进国家监察体制改革。
to advance reform of the supervisory system in an all-round way
第三，巩固拓展落实中央八项规定精神成果。
to consolidate and builde on the advances made in implementing the central Party leadership’s eight-point decision
第四，让巡视利剑作用更加彰显。
to boost the role of disciplinary inspections as a blade through corruption and misconduct.
第五，全面加强党的纪律建设。
to fully strengthen the displine of the Party
第六，巩固发展反腐败斗争压倒性态势。
to consolidate and develope the overwhelming momentum in the fight against corruption
第七，坚决整治群众身边腐败问题。
to address corruption that occurs on the people's doorsteps
第八，推动全面从严治党责任落到实处。
to firmly exercise in earnest full and strict governance over the Party
对各级纪检监察机关的要求：
当前反腐败斗争形势依然严峻复杂,全面从严治党决不能半途而废,必须以永远在路上的韧劲和执着,把“严”字长期坚持下去,一以贯之、坚定不移。
the fight against corruption remains grave and complex, and the full and strict governance over the Party should not be given up halfway. We must have the resolve and tenacity to persevere in the never-ending fight against corruption.
要坚持问题导向,保持战略定力,排除错误思想干扰,不松劲、不停步、再出发,在坚持中深化、在深化中发展,努力夺取全面从严治党更大战略性成果。
We must focus on solving problems, maintain strategic resolve, eliminate distraction of wrong ideas, and ensure strict Party self-governance without any pause or slackness
