何去何从，决定在你！

有一句话说：「欲知前世因，今生受者是。」还有一句话说：「欲知来世果，今生做者是。 」

如果由我执而生起嫉妒与仇恨，那么，你将会堕入地狱、饿鬼、畜生道，成为下三道的轮回众生。

要往何处去，决定在你！

你要往上转生佛国净土，或是往下堕入轮回，都是由你自己决定。当你自心清净时，你将成为佛。若是不将自己的心清净，你将成为众生。

将来要往何处去，取决于你现在的行为。《三十七佛子行》中就说：「诸极难忍恶趣苦，能仁说为恶业果，是故纵遇命难时，终不造罪佛子行。」

It is said, “If you would like to know what you didin past lives, look at your present body,” and “if you would like to know whereyou will go next, look at your present actions.”

If you give rise to jealousy and hatred due toself-grasping, you will be a samara sentient being wandering down to the hellrealm, hungry spirit realm, or animal realm. Where you go is up to you. It isyour choice.

It is up to you whether you will go up into thepure lands of the Buddha’s or down into samara states. When your own mind ispurified, you will become a Buddha. If you do not purify your mind, you will bea sentient being. Where you go will be determined by your present actions.

In“The Thirty-Seven Bodhisattva Practices”, it is said, “The Subduer said thatall the unbearable suffering of the three lower realms is the fruition of wrongdoing. Therefore, never committing negative deeds, even at peril to one's life,is the Bodhisattvas' practice.”
