本期主要内容：案例作者对澄清文件做出两点修改：一是食品包装信息应注明进口、复运或退货；二是Spear Bars公司可以将商品重新委托或退回给Dale。

ELSA赛题更新

Dear Team Captains,

Following interrogations of a few teams, the case authors decided to slightly modify the Clarifications questions' answers document.

They modify the points:

1. Article 16.1 and 16.2 of the Food Information Package shall read as follows: “(...) in case of import, re-consignation or return of the merchandise.

20. Spear Bars Inc. could have re-consigned or returned the merchandise to Dale. Both were alternative options given to Spear Bars Inc. by Budica’s customs authority under Article 16 of the Food Information Package.
