HK45很荣幸推出首届征文比赛。我们邀请年轻的从业者和学生提交作品。

HK45 is proud to launch its inaugural essay competition. We are inviting submissions from young practitioners and students.

选项1：人工智能会帮助还是损害仲裁？

选项2：在气候变化纠纷中，是否存在ADR的余地？

选项3:   COVID-19要求仲裁在很大程度上依赖技术。这是改善或恶化了仲裁的进行？

Option 1: 

Will Artificial Intelligence help or harm  arbitration?

Option 2: 

Is there any room for ADR  in climate change disputes?

Option 3: 

COVID-19 has required arbitrations to rely heavily on technology. Has this improved or worsened the conduct of arbitrations?

不超过2500个字，不包括附录，脚注，表格等。

Not more than 2500 words, excluding appendices, footnotes, tables, etc.

--获奖论文将由尊敬的评委团选出，评委团成员包括：尊敬的Robert Tang NPJ法官先生，GBM, SBS；Neil Kaplan CBE QC SBS；Chiann Bao和 Sarah Grimmer。

--这两个类别的优秀论文都将被考虑发表在《亚洲争议评论》上（由亚洲争议评论编辑委员会审查）；

--冠军、亚军和季军论文将在HK45博客上发表

--Winning essays will be selected by an esteemed panel of judges comprising: the Honourable Mr. Justice Robert Tang NPJ, GBM, SBS; Neil Kaplan CBE QC SBS; Chiann Bao and Sarah Grimmer.

--Top essay from both categories will be  considered for publication in Asian Dispute Review (subject to review by the Asian Dispute Review Editorial Board);

--Winning, 1st Runner Up and 2nd Runner Up  essays will be published on HK45 Blog.

新兴经济体包括：印度，印度尼西亚，老挝，中国大陆，马来西亚，缅甸，巴基斯坦，菲律宾，中国台湾，泰国，越南。如果您的国家或地区未包含在此列表中，请通过电子邮件向我们发送您的国家或地区名称，以确认您的提交将被视为“亚洲新兴经济体”组还是“全球”组。

Emerging Economies include:

India,Indonesia,Laos,Mainland,Malaysia,Myanmar, Pakistan, the Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam. If your country or territory is not included in this list, please email us with the name of your country or territory to confirm whether your submission will be considered in the Asia Emerging Economies Category or Global Categories.
