Associate, 0-3 years PQE – international M & A, corporate and securities.

Responsibilities

1) Main practicing areas including international mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate and compliance.

2) Draft, review, negotiate, translate and revise legal documents.

3) Conduct research and analysis to legal practical issues.

Requirements

1) Overseas bachelor above degree in common law

2) 0~3 years working experience in M&A/Corporate/Contract law

3) English & Mandarin language skill in both written and spoken.

4) Singapore-qualified or PCLL passed is a must

5) Good team work spirit

6) Positive and good compressive capability

7) Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail.

8) Excellent interpersonal, time management and communication skills.

Associate, 3-4 years PQE – International Arbitration / Cross-border Disputes

1) Common law trained with 3-4 years of post-qualification experience is preferred, but more junior candidate would be considered;

2) JD and US bar are preferred;

3) Experience in handling cross-border disputes or international arbitration matters is a plus;

4) Native English speaker is required;

5) Experience working at international law firm is preferred but not essential.

Associate, 1-2 years PQE – International Arbitration / Cross-border Disputes

1) PRC trained with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience is preferred, but more junior candidate would be considered;

2) Experience in handling cross-border disputes or international arbitration matters is a plus;

3) Excellent English skills are required;

4) Overseas legal education (LLM or JD) is preferred but not essential.
