“外交部发言人办公室”消息，在9月5日外交部例行记者会上，日本广播协会记者提问：美国政府批准向台湾新一轮军售，外交部对此有何评论?

毛宁：美国公然违反一个中国原则和中美三个联合公报特别是“八·一七”公报规定，向中国台湾地区出售武器，严重损害中国主权和安全利益，严重损害中美关系和台海和平稳定，向“台独”分裂势力发出严重错误信号。中方对此坚决反对，予以强烈谴责，并将采取坚决有力措施，坚定捍卫自身主权和安全利益。

一段时间以来，美方一再践踏国际法和国际关系基本准则，违背美方领导人所作“不支持‘台独’”的政治承诺，不断歪曲、虚化、掏空一个中国原则，在台湾问题上蓄意挑衅，支持和纵容“台独”分裂势力，对台海局势不断趋于紧张负有不可推卸的责任。中方敦促美方恪守一个中国原则和中美三个联合公报规定，停止售台武器和美台军事联系，停止制造新的台海局势紧张因素，停止借涉台问题搞政治操弄，停止搞“以台制华”，不要在错误和危险的道路上越走越远。

我要再次正告美方，台湾是中国的台湾，台湾问题不容任何外来干涉，任何人任何势力都无法阻挡中国实现完全统一的历史大势。
