Do you want to work for a global industrial company pushing the world towards a more sustainable future?

We are looking for talents to our trainee program. Over the course of eighteen months you will be part of Elkem’s Corporate Business Support (CBS) department. CBS serves as an internal consulting team responsible for financial processes, analysis, as well as solving business cases for our production facilities located around the globe.

If you have strong analytical skills, an interest in finance and digitalization, and is passionate about driving change towards a more sustainable future, you are the right candidate.

The working place during the first 6-12 months will be at the Headquarters in Oslo, Norway. Starting date will be August 2021.

Areas of responsibility:

Analyse monthly and quarterly results
Business analytics for decision support
Coordinate forecast, budget and strategy process
Contribute to continuous improvement of models, processes and routines in Elkem

Qualifications required for the position:

Master degree within business economics / finance / industrial economics to be completed latest at June 2021.
Excellent academic results
Geographical mobility
A desire to develop both professionally and personally in an international environment
Excellent communication skills in English bothal and written
