As a part of our TCM Corporate Strategy Team, this role will support to drive and implement our key corporate initiatives and strategic projects in order to achieve the long term sustainable development of BI TCM.

What We Are Looking For
Excellent 2022 fresh graduates with MBA/Bachelor/Master’s degree, Medical, Biotech, and Business related majors
Good English communication in reading, written and spoken
Strong passion for success & willingness to progress, innovative thinking, good emotional intelligence, and agile learning ability

As a part of our Centre of Excellence for Talent, Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness (TLO), this job is to help drive and implement our key talent management initiatives. We are currently refocusing and investing in employee engagement, performance management and talent agenda, and upgrading our talent strategy in order to attract, develop and retain top talents to drive business success.

To be as a Finance Partner of BI TCM with target business units, collaborate with business leaders, to support organization to optimize financial performance, make sure the financial target achievement also enhance the financial procedures to ensure the compliance internally & externally by solid financial knowledge and business insights.
