杭州来福士和中山游艇会所同时赢得“成功设计大奖”2019-2020

我们很高兴地宣布 UNStudio 设计的杭州新地标 - 来福士广场和中国首个私营港口码头俱乐部 - 龙光神湾游艇会所同时赢得2019-2020 “成功设计大奖“。

We are happy to announce that both Raffles City Hangzhou and the Logan Cove Marina & Clubhouse have been awarded at the Successful Design Awards 2019-2020 under the category of Commercial Space. 

成功设计奖（Successful Design Awards）于2006年在上海成立，旨在表彰和鼓励全球各地不同领域的独特设计，评奖范围涉及媒体艺术，产品和空间设计。

Founded in 2006 in Shanghai, Successful Design Awards seeks to recognize and value unique designs across different sectors around the world, spanning from media art to product and spatial design. 

杭州来福士广场 | Raffles City Hangzhou

杭州来福士广场从设计到建成一直备受瞩目，在赢得此次“成功设计大奖“之前，已经赢得了地产和建筑领域的多个奖项，包括DFA亚洲最具影响力设计金奖，世界不动产联盟(FIABCI)世界卓越产业金奖, 艾特奖 – 国际空间设计大奖 – 数字建筑全球提名奖,  CTBUH 年度建筑MEP 工程奖, 亚太房地产中国商业高层建筑大奖,  Emporis 摩天楼大奖等等。

Raffles City Hangzhou has attracted much international attention from the time of starting the design to completion. In addition to today’s Successful Design Awards,  It has been awarded various awards, including Design for Asia Gold Award, FIABCI World Prix d’ Excellence GoldWinner Award, the 9th IDEA-TOPS International Space Design  Digital Architecture Award, CTBUH MEP Engineering Award,  Asia Pacific Property Commercial High-rise Architecture China Award, Emporis Skyscraper Award and more .

杭州来福士是中国第一家大规模使用自然通风的购物商场并取得了美国 LEED 绿色建筑黄金认证。在设计上采用自然通风、太阳能发电及自然光的原则，并高效的使用结构和材料，相互协调地降低建筑物的能源和材料需求。

Raffles City Hangzhou is the first retail mall in China that uses natural ventilationon a large scale and has achieved Gold LEED certification. The incorporation of natural ventilation, solar gain and daylighting principles tailored to the local context, along with its efficient structure and the ways in which materials are employed all work in concordance with one another to lower the energy and material demands of the building.

中山龙光神湾游艇会所 | Logan Marina Clubhouse Zhongshan

龙光神湾游艇会所是UNStudio悉心打造的计划为中国境内首个拥有私人入境港的码头俱乐部。项目位于广东中山神湾港。占地50,000平方米，总体规划包括直接通往西江的码头、服务大楼、高端住宅别墅和配套基础设施，如海关大楼、桥梁、道路和周围的外部堤坝。整个设计旨在打造置身游艇或豪华邮轮之上的非凡体验。

Logan Marina Clubhouse Zhongshan is planning to be the first and only marina with a private port of immigration in all of China. The 50,000 sqm masterplan for the project comprises a marina with direct access to the Xi River, a service building, high-end residential villas and the supporting infrastructure, such as the CIQP building, a bridge, roads and surrounding external dykes. The Marina clubhouse is designed to resemble the experience of being on a yacht, or a luxury cruise.
