Z世代

随着时代变迁，人口出生率逐年降低，社会财富再逐年提高，95 后逐渐走向社会，形成社会的中坚力量，95后从学历、见识、财富、家庭背景等等都跟 80、90后后着巨大的不同— 他们被称为Z世代。
Z世代，一个不再拥有全民样板的世代—— TA们对理想人生的期待不再有一个标准答案。
在生活方式上，95后是活跃社交者，善于把握兴趣+社交机会。作为“极具个性，善于创新，热爱自由，”的青年创业群体，对工作与生活也会出现不一样的模式。

With the changes of the times, the birth rate has decreased year by year, and the social wealth has increased year by year. The post-95 generation has gradually moved towards the society and formed the backbone of the society. The post-95 generation is greatly different from the post-80 and post-90 generation in terms of education, knowledge, wealth and family background - they are called generation Z.

Generation Z, a generation that no longer has a national model -- TA people no longer have a standard answer to their expectations for their ideal life.

In terms of lifestyle, the post-95s are active socialists, good at grasping interests + social opportunities. As a youth entrepreneurial group with "great personality, good at innovation and love of freedom", there will be different models for work and life.

本次设计围绕着“Z世代”这一青年群体，为他们打造一个CO-WORKING + CO-LIVING模式的年轻化住宅。

从 co-working到 co-living，这种模式已成为对一种新的生活方式的倡导，而新的生活方式带来的强大能量也将冲破传统的商业模式。

设计师通过设计将空间打造成为集办公、公寓、商业等业态于一体的生活社区，创造更丰富的共享生活体验场景。而这种全新的新探索，打破原有的理性模式，打造无边界，半围合的空间，链接了工作与生活，在忙碌中感受创客的气息。通过打破传统工作室和居住的方式，使公私间的明确壁垒消弭，产生了更自在的社交方式。

针对每个空间的不同场景进行营造，为小微企业的创客空间提供丰富的想象力。极具个性的陈设风格，又使得空间特立独行而又独立向上。
