国际史学史与史学理论委员会（The International Commission for the History and Theory of Historiography，ICHTH）成立于1980年，是国际历史学会（International Committee of Historical Sciences，ICHS）的分支机构，致力于史学史与史学理论的研究和国际交流工作，是该领域的一个重要平台。为鼓励优秀博士论文的写作，促进青年学者的成长，委员会决定开展2017年国际史学史与史学理论委员会博士论文奖评选工作，现将有关事宜通知如下：

一、评选范围：

凡是在2015—2017年完成答辩，且选题为史学理论、史学史、历史哲学、史学方法论和历史文化的博士论文，均可参加此次评奖活动。

二、提交材料：

1、个人详细的简历及学术成果清单

2、博士论文电子版（若已出版可提交纸质本）

3、博士论文不是用英文写作的，需提交一份至少2000字的英文摘要

三、截止日期

2018年3月31日

The ICHTH Doctoral Dissertation Prize for the History and Theory of Historiography

The ICHTH Doctoral Dissertation Prize ($500) is offered for a doctoral dissertation (defended in 2015, 2016, and 2017) on any subject in the following fields: historical theory, history of historiography, philosophy of history, historical methodology, and historical culture. Submissions are now open for 2017 ICHTH DOCTORAL DISSERTATION PRIZE

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

1. a detailed CV and list of publications,

2. the dissertation in digital format and/or in printed form (if published),

3. an extensive summary of minimum 2000 words (approximately 6 pages) in English IF the dissertation is not written in English.
