一、活动简介
北京大学艺术管理与文化产业暑期学校将于2019年8月26日-31日,在北京大学举行。本届暑期学校将以“文化遗产与创意活化”为主题,以工作坊的形式开展,面向全球招收30位相关专业的研究生为学员。
北京大学艺术管理与文化产业暑期学校是在北京大学研究生院支持下,由北京大学艺术学院和北京大学文化产业研究院联合主办,中国美术学院文创设计制造业协同创新中心协办。暑期学校自2009年举办以来,分别以“故事驱动与文化传播:全媒体语境下的文化产业”“大数据与文化生产:数码转型下的创意管理”“文化消费与价值共享:互联网时代的文化创意”“阐释与再现:传统文化资源的可持续创新”“丝绸之路经济带的数字创意与文化创新”等为主题,以专家授课、实地考察和创意工作坊的形式,与来自不同国家和地区的专家和学员们一起,分享彼此的研究成果和创意灵感,引发思想碰撞和经验交流。
二、教学内容
暑期学校将聘请国内外知名学者进行授课,采取灵活多样的教学方式,开展互动课堂、名师讲座、项目策划等活动。
除了常规的暑期课程与专家讲座,30名学员将被分为6个小组,每个小组需在暑期学校日程的最后一天围绕“文化遗产与创意活化”项目完成一套创意策划方案。

四、申请条件
1、硕士研究生,学习成绩优异,总评成绩排名在专业前20%,具有较强的实践能力或科研能力;
2、英语表达能力强;
3、在校期间未受过任何处分。
五、申请材料:
本届暑期学校通过个人简历与创意方案征集相结合的评选机制,选取30位学员参与工作坊。在暑期学校结束后,将挑选优秀的创意成果汇编成册,并交付出版。具体材料清单为:
1、2019年北京大学艺术管理与文化产业暑期学校申请表扫描件(见附件);
2、外语水平证明电子版;
3、获奖证明电子版(说明具体时间和奖项及论文载体);
4、围绕“文化遗产与创意活化”的创意策划方案。
提交报名材料的截至时间为2019年5月31日。

入选结果预计将于2019年6月反馈。
六、创意方案要求
1、主题要求:(四选一)
(1)在区域一体化建设的背景下,围绕如何实现对于传统文化遗产的协同开发,撰写文创产品或服务的创新性设计、创意管理与市场推广方案;
(2)围绕如何通过文化产业跨国合作、实现“一带一路” 沿线国家文化遗产资源的综合开发利用,撰写文创产品或服务的创新性设计、创意管理与市场推广方案;
(3)针对文旅融合与文物旅游,撰写文创产品或服务的创新性设计、创意管理与市场推广方案;
(4)针对传统工艺与现代生活的日常审美化需求相结合,撰写文创产品或服务的创新性设计、创意管理与市场推广方案。
2、内容要求:
策划案需包括市场分析、消费者分析、核心商品/服务、商业模式、线上线下市场推广方案、风险控制与预算等。需提交详细商业计划书、执行方案说明、营销方案预估等,字数不少于5000字。
七、学员待遇
1、学习证明
学员参加暑期学校课程学习并完成学习任务后,将获得北京大学颁发的北京大学艺术管理与文化产业暑期学校结业证书。
2、经济待遇
暑期学校不收取任何费用。在暑期学校期间,我校将为学员统一安排免费饮食与住宿、免费提供讲义等学习资料,学员往返交通费自理。

The 10th Summer School on International Arts Management and Cultural Industries,Peking University
Call for Students
August 26th-31st, 2019
I. Introduction
The Summer School on Arts Management and Cultural Industries at Peking University will be held on August 26th, 2019. The theme of the summer school is “Cultural Heritages and the Activation of Originality” and it will be run in a workshop format. We will recruit about promising 30 students from the world.
The Summer School will be held by the Institute for Cultural Industries of Peking University. The school aims to not only generate new ideas and cultural soft power but also promote cultural talents of the youth. We expect to invite talented experts and students to simulate projects planning in cultural industries around creative method to revitalize cultural heritages.
II. Teaching Contents
30 participants will be split into 6 groups. Each group is required to finish a creative planning scheme about “Cultural Heritages and the Activation of Originality” on the last day of the summer school.

Student qualification check: June 1st-20th, 2019

Ⅳ.Application Conditions
Applicants should be a master student and should be ranked among the top 20% students in her/his class. Applicants should have excellent communication skills in English and have no record of academic and other kinds of misconduct.

30 successful applicants will be selected to participate in the school based on their resume and creative planning scheme.

Ⅵ. Requirements of the Creative Planning Scheme
A. Theme:
1. In the context of regional integration, work around how to achieve the coordinated development of traditional cultural heritage to write about the creative designs, creative management and marketing programs of creative products or services.
2. Focus on how to develop and utilize the cultural heritage resources along the "one belt along the way" through the cultural industry's transnational cooperation. Write innovative design, creative management and marketing plan for cultural products or services.
3.Aim at the integration of cultural tourism and cultural relics tourism. Write about the creative design, creative management and marketing plan of creative products or services.
4 .Aim at the integration of traditional crafts and the aesthetic requirements of modern Life. Write about the creative design, creative management and marketing plan of creative products or services.
B. Contents:
The plan needs to include the analysis on marketing, customers, business model, promotion, and budget. Applicants need to send the business proposal, the description on how to execute the plan, and marketing project estimate to us. The length of the plan text should be no less than 5000 words.
Ⅶ. What You will Acquire
A. The certificate of the summer school.
B. Students of the school will be provided with free food, accommodation, and study materials. Tuition is exempted. Students need to pay for their own transportation fees.
