The Magic Words
《神奇的话语》
Long long ago, a little boy was walking in a forest.
He saw an old tree.
The tree said to the boy, “I am a magic tree. Say the magic words and you will see.”
很久以前，一个小男孩在森林里散步。
他看见一棵老树。
树对男孩说：“我是一棵魔法树。说些神奇的话，你就会明白了。”
The boy tried many words, but they didn’t work.
Then the boy said, “Please, dear tree!”
A door opened in the tree!
But it was dark inside.
那男孩试了很多词，但都不起作用。
然后男孩说：“求你了，亲爱的树！”
在树上开了一扇门！
但里面很黑。
The tree said, “Say the magic words, please.”
Then the boy said, “Thank you!”
With this, it turned bright inside the tree and the boy saw a lot of toys.
树说：“请说些神奇的话语吧。”
然后男孩说：“谢谢你！”
说完，树里面变得明亮起来，男孩看到了很多玩具。
After that, “please” and “thank you” became the magic words.
