Police in the American state of Florida arrested Cesar Sayoc for mailing boxes containing explosive devices.
SUSPICIOUS
In October, Sayoc sent suspicious boxes from his home in Florida to Democratic party members, including former President Obama. None of the mail bombs exploded. Sayoc was charged with five federal crimes.
Suspicious describes the feeling that something or someone is of dangerous, dishonest or questionable character or condition.
It is also the feeling that something illegal is happening or something is wrong.
