A United States government investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 U.S. elections is complete.
OBSTRUCTION
According to the U.S. Attorney General William Barr, the report says investigators found no evidence of cooperation between Donald Trump's presidential election campaign and the Russian government. And he writes, it did not find enough evidence to charge President Trump with obstruction of justice.
An obstruction is something that blocks something else from moving through.
Obstruction of justice is the crime of trying to stop investigators from learning the truth about something.
