We are seeking a PhD chemist, chemical or materials engineer as a postdoctoral fellow on a joint project with Prof. James Rusling and Prof. Jie He at University of Connecticut, chemistry department. This position requires experience in electrochemistry, preferably coupled with enzyme bioelectrocatalysis or electro-organic synthesis. Experience in modern chromatography and mass spectrometry will be an advantage. Salary is competitive according to NIH standards. The goal of the project is C-H Bond Electroactivation of Nonpolar Organic Substrates using Enzyme-Mediated Reaction Pathways in Microemulsions. Email inquiries to [e-mail] and [e-mail].
