CHI - The Art Manifestation in a World of Commerce从数字世界中汲取灵感的艺术是最近艺术界最热门的话题，而且没有任何迹象表明这种繁荣会停止，全球越来越多的艺术家决定甚至将数字图像作为创作其杰作的起点。Art that takes inspiration from the digital world has been the hottest topic in the art world recently and there is no sign of the boom to come to a halt, with more and more artists around the globe who decide to even use digital images as a starting point for the creation of their masterpieces.
我们周围的媒体和数字环境会在多大程度上影响我们的看法和思考的结果呢？如果您曾经问过自己这个问题，并且知道您不是唯一的一个这样问的时候您会很高兴。甚至还有人正在研究此事，而且他正在制作前沿的数字艺术作品。How much the media and the digital environment we are surrounded may influence our perceptions and the result of our thinking? If you have ever asked this question to yourself, you will be glad to know you are not the only one. There is even someone who is currently studying the matter and as a result, he is producing cutting-edge pieces of digital art.
钟慰，一位北京出生的艺术家，在我们对生活的诠释和赋予意义的能力方面，对信息，媒体与人类感知之间的深层关系进行了自我审问。Zhong Wei, a Beijing born artist, interrogates himself on the deep relationships about information, media and human perception in terms of our ability of interpreting and giving meaning to our life.
这位生于1987年的朝气蓬勃又带几分神秘的年轻艺术家正在用数字来描绘他的世界。他在网上浏览的图片吸引了他的注意力，于是他以某种方式把它们组织起来，从而为他的艺术创造了基础。Positively electric, exciting and in stops and starts mysterious. This young artist, born in 1987, depicts his world in digital terms. He uses images found online browsing on the net, that catch his attention and organize them in a way to create a base for his art.
最终用亚克力完成的数字素描作品总是先于画布上的实际作品。他的部分作品从佛教和我们生活的世界的复杂性中获得灵感，这种灵感为其作品的特性及整体框架和魅力十足的设计提供了养分。The digital sketches always precede the actual work on the canvas that is finally completed with acrylic. Part of his oeuvre takes inspiration from the Buddhism and the complexity of the world we are living in. This translates into features, frameworks and captivating design.
在Cracked Blue作品中，我们可以欣赏到基于互联网的可以传达信息的视觉语言的强大功能。这幅作品是通过并置从浏览器历史页面获取的不同屏幕截图从而创建一个数字蓝色怪物来实现的。In the work Cracked Blue, we can appreciate the power of the Internet-based visual language that is exploited here to convey a message. This piece is created by juxtaposing different screenshots taken from the browser history page to create a digital blue monster.
于是，一场骨感的现实与人类之间的复杂关系之间的无休止的争论使钟慰的艺术再次充满新的生机。其作品用生动的色彩和奇怪的图像组合在一起，创造出来的诡异，足以使人乐此不疲，遐想联翩。Once again, the non-stop debate between the full blast reality of our times and the complex relationship with humankind animate Zhong Wei’s art. The odd images and the vivid colours are put together in this way to create discomfort. What results is a dichotomy between curiosity, desire to understand and ambiguity.
