新作 ▎江洲之城-汇智园建筑群
在当下强调人与自然协调发展的年代，我们是继续满足继续居住在一个个孤立的毫无生机的混凝土结构里，还是回归到与自然环境相协调的绿色体系内。在这个体系内我们可以进行个性化的气候控制、允许独立的局部温度，保证空气流通及可控的风量大小。“将生态进行到底”的 KINGJEE Intelligent Industrial Park或许能给我们提供一个参考答案。
在长江的中下游南京段有这样一片冲积沙洲,状若青梅,东临国际化河西新城、西眺国家级江北新区,岛上一半以上面积作为生态预留区,规划绿化率达70%以上。近年来整个洲岛上的建设皆是围绕"生态、科技、低碳、智慧"的大命题展开。同时,任何发展也受到近乎于严苛的国家级长江保护政策的约束。
In the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River in Nanjing, there is a green-plum-shaped alluvial sandbank, east to the international Hexi New City and west to the national Jiangbei New Area. More than half of the sandbank is an ecological reserve, with a greening rate planned above 70%. In recent years, the whole sandbank has been constructed on the core concept of “ecology, science and technology, low carbon and intelligence”. Meanwhile, its development is bound by stringent national policies to protect the Yangtze River.
在整体城市规划的山水格局下,此次设计旨在打造面向未来的节能型高端生态办公区域,营造充满活力的沿江生态圈,成为江北、河西强力纽带中的一个积极因素。我们希望这个初来乍到的新朋友能够匹配上这块土地的性格和品格,将现代建筑精神结合江南平缓舒展的叙事语境融入城市寻求共生。
This design aims to create a future-oriented energy-saving high-end ecological office area and create a dynamic ecological circle along the Yangtze River under the landscape pattern of the overall urban planning. It is expected to become a positive factor in the strong tie between Jiangbei and Hexi. We expect this newcomer will match the character and virtue of the land and integrate the modern architectural spirit with the gentle unfolding Jiangnan for coexistence.
设计选择了聚合式与独立式相结合的产品模式,地块内芯及西侧沿江则由9个形态变化的"盒子"网格式均匀占据,以图案化策略应对场地,塑造井然秩序。
This design adoptes the product pattern with a combination of aggregation and independence. The inner core and the west side of the land parcel along the Yangtze River are uniformly occupied by nine “boxes”, a well-ordered site designed with patterned strategies.
9个"盒子"在一楼以花园景观相连接,二楼穿插空中连廊,形成丰富的空间动线,沿线散布着小品、休息、咖啡、化妆的零星功能空间,进一步丰满体验感。这9个独立的"盒子"拥有各自独立的企业形象、独立的智能化办公系统以及富有个性化的场所空间。
The nine “boxes” are connected by a garden view on the first floor. The air corridors are interspersed on the second floor to form dynamic lines in the space. Along the line are scattered with sporadic functional spaces for snacks, rest, coffee, and makeup, further fulfilling experience. These nine independent “boxes” have their own corporate images, independent intelligent office systems, and personalized spaces.
从身份认知到文化解读再到环境融入等一系列综合因素考量下,设计尽量选择符合当地气质的材料及与周围环境相和谐的颜色。将美学法则与现代空间造型、材料、技术相结合,配合简洁而富有表现力的几何形式,综合运用视觉美学追求现代典雅气质。
In view of a series of comprehensive factors such as identity recognition, cultural interpretation, environmental integration, materials that fit the local temperament and colors in harmony with the surrounding environment are choosen in this design. The aesthetic principles are combined with modern space modeling, materials, and technology, accompanied by a simple and expressive geometry form. The visual aesthetics is comprehensively applied for a modern elegance.
The choice of materials is refined to the window frames, glasses, entrances, and material junctions. The shadow relation by accurate deliberation generated in the comparison between the virtual and the real is created from the combination of green and red bricks with aluminum plate curtain wall and glass curtain wall. Place close to people is weaken the sense of sizeto express the modest and gentle attitude. The construction expression further echoes a sense of wholeness and ductility. A new image breakthrough is made by the sense of times and landmark in the unified context.
地块西北两侧的滨水区域作为重要的自然景观区,尽量保留了自然景观特有的随意感。从水面递进到地块内部经历了水景、铺装、办公一层、树木植被、办公高度5个景观高度,为外部空间消解尺寸,调节微气候,增添了公共空间的丰富度和生态感。
As an important natural landscape area, the waterfront area on both sides of the northwest of the land retains the unique sense of natural beauty of the natural landscape as much as possible. From the water surface to the interior of the land, it has five landscape heights, including waterscape, pavement, first floor of office, trees and vegetation, and office height, to make room for the external space, and adjust the microclimate, which have added the richness and ecological sense to the public space.
地块内部也设置小型观赏水体,整体形成多层次水景景观系统。花园、步径、水景、雕塑、风景统一整合,提供休息、放松和交流的共享空间。
There are also small ornamental waters set inside the land, together forming a multi-level water landscape system. Garden, footpath, waterscape, sculpture, and landscape are all integrated to provide a sharing space for rest, relaxation and exchanges.

In the present era, the harmonious development between man and nature is highly emphasized. would we like to live in an isolated and lifeless concrete structures, or would we like to return to a green ecosystem in harmony with the natural environment?

In this system, we can have a personalized control on the climat and independent local temperature, and ensure air circulation and controllable wind volume. KINGJEE Intelligent Industrial Park that “resolutely implementing ecosystem through to the end” may provide a resolution for us.
