Holistic Chiropractor Dr. Khanjani Returns to BJU! Dec 10-Jan 9
Dr. Khanjani has been a holistic chiropractor since 1982 – that’s over three decades. She sees patients of all ages, from a few days old all the way to 90 odd years of age. Her patients may suffer from a range of musculoskeletal problems, including headaches and pain in the neck, shoulders, arms, lower back, legs, knees, or feet. She uses a holistic approach to help patients with chronic issues, pregnant women, and young children with issues like insomnia, hyperactivity, allergies, and learning difficulties. She has also done immune-boosting treatments for children who get sick often.
You may think of going to the doctor as an opportunity to get treatment for a certain issue you’re experiencing, but Dr. Khanjani explains that, from a chiropractic point of view, her sessions are less about treating symptoms and more about finding the root causes for them, removing the interference, and allowing the body to naturally heal and self-regulate. In her practice, she views the body as an interconnected whole, approaching her patient’s issues from a holistic viewpoint.
If you go to see Dr. Khanjani, in your first appointment you will typically do an initial assessment (including talking about your issue and medical history, and doing any necessary diagnostic tests), followed by chiropractic treatment and a bit of education about proper nutrition and care. This will take around an hour. Any follow-up appointments may take around half an hour, during which time Dr. Khanjani will continue treatments and education.
Dr. Khanjani has been a holistic chiropractor for over three decades. She has training in chiropractic medicine, holistic medicine, and Chinese medicine. She speaks English, Persian, and Mandarin. If you’d like to make an appointment with her, please call the BJU Service Center at 4008-919191.
