For the past few weeks, the Psychological Health Center has provided online consultations for our regular patients and the community. Now, the Psychological Health Center is launching a department-specific WeChat hotline service for the general public.

The service is free of charge. Well-trained health professionals with years of clinical experience and a high standard of professional ethics will be taking all calls. Our entire team, including full-time and part-time associate staff, have volunteered to donate their time to this service. This WeChat hotline is in addition to the Hospital hotline and will cover a wider range of hours.

How do you use this WeChat hotline? Just scan the QR code below and you will be connected to the doctor, therapist, or counselor on duty. Each call is limited to 20 minutes. The operating hours of this hotline are listed below:

Monday: 9:00 - 17:00 (Chinese and English)

Tuesday: 10:00 - 18:00 (Chinese and English)

Wednesday: 9:00 - 13:00 (English only), 13:00 - 17:00 (Chinese and English)

Thursday: 9:00 - 11:00 (Chinese and English), 11:00 - 17:00 (English only)

Friday: 9:00 - 17:00 (Chinese and English)

Saturday: 9:00 - 17:00 (Chinese and English)
