汉英学习|习主席在G20领导人峰会上的重要讲话（1）
6月28日，国家主席习近平在二十国集团领导人峰会（the G20 Summit）上就世界经济形势和贸易问题发表题为《携手共进，合力打造高质量世界经济》（Working Together to Build a High-Quality World Economy）的重要讲话。
小编根据演讲的第一部分内容做了学习笔记。
在翻译的时候，不知道大家会不会对句子架构有疑问，比如这样的一个典型句子：
保护主义、单边主义持续蔓延，贸易和投资争端加剧，全球产业格局和金融稳定受到冲击，世界经济运行风险和不确定性显著上升，国际投资者信心明显不足。
小编发现自己在处理这类句子时，问题集中于句子架构，也就是汉译英时，如何根据内在逻辑，搭建英文句子。
不知道其它盆友们有没有类似问题呀？

寻找理论支撑
以上摘自CATTI备考教材《英语笔译实务》。虽然说的是英译汉，但也对我们的汉译英处理有所启发。
比如，汉语的语义和逻辑关系通常是通过语序来体现的。
那么，我们在对原文进行加工时，就要有意识地去分析其内在逻辑。
同理，在汉译英时，除了用“therefore，because，”等连词来直接表达逻辑关系，也可以多多使用“动词非谓语形式”和“介词短语”来表达逻辑关系。

学习笔记
根据官方译文，可将第一部分的各个段落划分为：“因果关系”、“并列关系”、“条件关系”。
因果关系
①保护主义、单边主义持续蔓延，贸易和投资争端加剧，全球产业格局和金融稳定受到冲击，世界经济运行风险和不确定性显著上升，国际投资者信心明显不足。
建议大家也先自己翻译一遍，单词提示如下：
• 保护主义：protectionism
• 单边主义：unilateralism
• 持续蔓延：on the rise
• 争端：disruption
