刘树春，美国华裔杰出艺术家，擅长绘画和摄影创作，現为《写生中国》油画写生俱乐部副主席、上海分部主席，纽约《世界艺术研究院-油画雕塑院》院長、美国《世界文化之旅》报社长、总编，美国数码摄影协会副主席。
Liu Shuchun, an outstanding Chinese American artist, good at drawing and photographing, he now is the vice chairman of "The Sketch of China" oil painting club, the chairman of the Shanghai branch; pricipal of the New York "World Academy of Art-Oil Painting and Sculpture College"; the proprieter, chief editor of the U.S. newspaper "World Culture Tour"; and the vice chairman of the U.S. Digital Photography Association.

刘树春是山東临沂沂南马牧池乡人，生于上海，毕业于上海应用技术大学艺术与设计学院（原上海轻专美术系），师从著名画家颜文樑等先生，毕业后长期从事美术设计和艺术摄影。
Born in Shanghai, originate from Linyi, Shandong province, graduated from College of Art and Design, Shanghai Institute of Technology(originally Department of Fine Arts, Shanghai Light Industry College), learn after the famous painter Yan Wenliang and others, work in art design and art photography for a long time after graduation.

1991年移居美国纽约，2000年荣获美国世界艺术中心颁发的"终身艺术成就奖"，2010年上海古镇朱家角创建《树春艺术馆》，并被列入上海青浦区文旅局扶持项目，2013年山东临沂沂南建立《刘树春艺术馆》，无偿捐赠绘画和摄影原创作品170余幅，2015年纽约创办《世界艺术研究院-油画雕塑院》和《世界文化之旅》报， 2018年荣获纽约市国会颁发的艺术成就奖。
Immigrated to New York, U.S. in 1991, won the "Lifetime Art Achievement Award" presented by the U.S. World Art Center, established "Shu Chun Art Gallery" in the ancient town Zhu Jia Jiao, gratuitous give more than 170 paintings and original photographs, established the New York "World Academy of Art-Oil Painting and Sculpture Academy" and the "World Culture Tour" newspaper in 2015, won the Art Achievement Award presented by the New York City Congress in 2018.
