Chinese Sales Manager – Bangkok and Pattaya
Job Summary :-
Manage sales of Bangkok and Pattaya property to Mandarin speakers both inside and outside of Thailand
Manage property and showroom viewings in Bangkok and Pattaya face-to-face with customers or virtually online
Create 3 detailed sales and news posts on the company Social Media channels per week
Search and find new private property listings for extra commission earning possibilities
Attend all necessary project launches and agent evenings for networking opportunities
REQUIREMENTS :-
Male / Female, age not over 35 years old
Native Chinese National Only
Happy to travel between Pattaya and Bangkok regularly
Driving License preferred but not a necessity
A minimum of two years’ experience in a client-facing sales role
Experience in selling real estate is a definite advantage, but not a necessity
Must have good command of spoken and written Mandarin and English
Ability to speak basic Thai is an additional advantage, but not a necessity.
Self-motivated, with a strong sense of commitment, a willingness to learn more, and a desire to work in a multi-cultural dynamic team environment
Good human relations, service-minded and a team player, but also able to work unattended.
Able to work on Saturdays and Sundays, as and when required
Either currently living in, or willing to relocate to Bangkok or Pattaya
High degree of computer literacy and to be highly comfortable with online communication.
Some experience of internet marketing is a definite advantage

Remuneration
30,000 THB per month salary
10% up to 15% commission of company earnings for the sale of a property
10% commission if another agent sells a property that was listed by you.
