国庆通知:内容标题模板任你选

昨天分享了一个假期通知模板和邮箱自动回复设置,


假前别忘记提醒客户这些


很多老铁在公众号上私信我,国庆通知问标题如何写。

老铁们,其实这个哪有什么定律呢,即使是邮件模板,Mike也只是提供了一个参考而已。

至于标题,Mike想了想,针对每个谈判阶段的不同客户,应该还是可以稍有不同的。



下面聊聊具体的事情:


1.)最近下单的老客户


老客户一般订单稳定,可能半月前或者一个月前下单了,货好了,客户迟迟未确认发货期,放假了,运期只能推迟了,那么你就得解释了,那么邮件本身的模板也变了。

这里给客户化名 Marine


 Hi, Marine


 Good day.

 The 10-day China National Holiday is coming.

But up to now, We haven't got your final confirmation on the shipment of Order No. MGT2017080003.

 So it can't be shipped until we come back from the holiday.

 Kindly note it and thanks for your understanding.

2.) 最近未返单或者一直没有返单的客户


可能是采购周期长,可能是卖的不怎么样,不管如何,我们可以试着维护一下,顺便看看能不能捞到订单,努力总比傻看着强

It's been days since last time we talked.

3.) 即将下单的新客户


一些潜在客户或者即将返单的老客户,什么都谈好了,迟迟不确认订单或打定金,这时候你就有了一个逼单的噱头,在上个分享中,也多少有这个意思。你可以参考一下,结合自己的想法,写上一篇,没准就会有些功效。

4. )对于报完价不回复的客户


一些客户报了价以后就不在回复了,Mik在之前的分享篇章“为什么跟进的客户总是不回复”中也提到过,这个因素太多了,我们无从猜测,只能去认真尝试了解客户的背景和动态,时至国庆,这也算是一次跟进了

其实这只是四种常见的状态,肯定还有别的情况存在,

大家都可以结合这个事件做一下跟进,难保不会奏效
