This year it’s the second International Jianbing Day, organized by Shanghai’s own UnTour Food Tours, and we’re celebrating by bringing back our popular Jianbing Pizza from last year, available as a full pie or by the slice!
经典煎饼里的食材搭配Homeslice的标志性酥脆面饼, 美味不可阻挡！除了必不可少的芝士外，鸡蛋甜面酱可谓是煎饼的灵魂配料，每份披萨都将会配以榨菜香菜和小葱。当天，我们还将呈现一些惊喜的披萨配料，比如意大利摩泰台拉肉肠等等。总之，你喜欢的，我们都有。
Imagine all your favorite Jianbing ingredients on top of our signature sourdough crust; think tianmian jiang(sweet noodle sauce) just like any jianbing, as well as our blend of cheeses & egg! Each order will be sprinkled with pickled mustard greens, cilantro & chives, but you can also add some more unusual toppings to be revealed on the day! There’ll also be Jianbing Pizza topped with Italian Mortadella (like the ham-sausage used here, but better!).
