近期，我院教师唐丽雅与研究生周辉一同在《Frontiers in Ecology and Evolution》上发表题为 

《Agricultural practices of the Qin people from the Warring States period to the Qin Dynasty:A case from the Matengkongg site in Guanzhong Basin,China》 的研究论文。

论文摘要

秦人与秦文化研究一直是中国考古学界研究的热点问题之一，研究内容涉及到秦人的族源、食谱、以及早期都邑地望等，但是关于秦人农业生产的植物考古学研究相对薄弱，尤其是秦人进入关中地区到秦统一这一关键时期。这一时期秦与东方六国交流密切，秦人社会面貌发生较大改变，对这一时期的秦人农业进行研究，有助于我们进一步了解秦统一前夜的社会状况。本文对中国关中平原东南马腾空遗址2016-2018采集的战国至秦时期的浮选样品进行了植物考古学分析。我们认为，马腾空先民从事旱作农业生产，坚持多品种农业种植体系。农作物的利用大致可以分为五个等级,粟、麦为第一等，黍为第二等，大豆、红小豆为第三等，大麦为第四等，大麻和水稻为第五等。小麦种植在农业生产中发挥了持续而重要的作用，与粟的产量相当。然而，它似乎只占膳食摄入量的一小部分。水稻似乎不是该秦人遗址生活中的一个重要组成部分，也没有证据表明水稻在本地种植，水稻有可能是通过古山道从秦国南部的邻国楚国进口的。小豆作为一种农作物资源，在周代被广泛使用。此外，藜属和黄荆似乎是人为收集的结果，因为其出土数量多且集中，它们具有食用、药用、饲用等多功能性质，其具体功能仍有待进一步讨论。

内容与讨论

本研究对马腾空遗址出土炭化植物大遗存的初步研究，研究对象为2016、2017、2018三个年度的浮选样品，年代为仰韶晚期、东周和隋唐时期。样品合并后得到有出土背景的样品总计108份，本文实际采用“战国至秦”共87份样品用于数据分析，因为秦朝仅存在15年，故将“战国”和“秦代”的样品合并起来。发掘过程中，采取针对性采样法，对灰坑、房址、窑址等遗迹进行了采样。浮选结果显示，马腾空先民坚持多品种农业种植体系，作物组合可以分为五个等级，最重要的是粟和小麦，其次是黍、大豆和小豆、大麦和大麻的利用率较低，其中利用率最低的是水稻。

通过考古发掘及大植物炭化遗存的鉴定结果，结合古代文献、同位素分析等手段，该文认为，马腾空遗址是一处典型的聚落遗址，以东周时期文化层的文化遗存最为丰富。本文对中国关中盆地东南马腾空遗址2016-2018年采集的战国至秦时期87份浮选样品进行了植物考古学分析。炭化植物遗存浮选结果显示，马腾空先民从事旱作农业生产，坚持多品种农业种植体系。农作物的利用大致可以分为五个等级,粟、麦为第一等，在农作物体系中占据巨大优势，两者种子数量约占农作物种子总数的96.58%，且出土概率均在85%以上；黍为第二等；大豆、红小豆为第三等，豆类资源的出土概率持平约20%；大麦为第四等；大麻和水稻为第五等，出土数量和概率都极低。关于水稻的来源，结合考古出土的楚式青铜器分析，推测可能是通过商於古道秦、楚交流的结果。从同位素分析来看，秦人进入关中以后，植食性食物中仍以C4植物为主，但比例略有变高。遗址中小麦数量为1610，出土概率达到86.21%，并且通过计算遗址中粟和小麦的千粒重比，认为其在农作物体系中的作用仅次于粟，但是在食谱中影响较小，食用小麦的饮食习惯仍未被广泛接受，推测小麦除食用外还有其他用途。两周时期是红小豆在北方推广种植的重要阶段，马腾空应当是其中一处典型遗址，红小豆已经成为当时重要的豆类资源。

唐丽雅，女，汉族，副教授。2004-2011年先后在郑州大学历史学院获得学士、硕士学位，2011-2014年在中国社会科学院研究生院考古系获得博士学位。2014年7月至今，一直工作于西北大学文化遗产学院；2016年3月入西北大学博士后流动站和陕西省考古研究院博士后工作站。2015年12月-2016年1月，获得联合国教科文组织波兰国家委员会的邀请和资助，赴华沙大学交流访问。主要研究方向为植物考古学。为本科生讲授《植物考古》《农业考古》。在华夏考古、第四季研究、南方文物、江汉考古等核心集刊发表论文20余篇。
