另外，美国表示已经为乌克兰培训了接近3100名士兵，教授他们如何使用不同的导弹系统。而一旦爱国者导弹系统抵达后，也会为其培训。从这里已经可以看出，乌克兰战争并非只是俄罗斯与乌克兰之间的战争。
就目前的国际形势而言，乌克兰战争短期内没有结束的可能性，目前只有一方战败主动宣布投降才有和谈的可能性。这场战争可能会持续数年也说不定。
