Lessons from Wuhan: COVID-19 Prevention, Control, Treatment and Self-Protection

The COVID-19 pandemic presents unprecedented challenge to U.S. healthcare professionals. They must treat a surge of COVID-19 patients while protecting themselves from a little understood and highly contagious virus.

 

In a series of webinars, BioCentury, BayHelix, CAHON and PharmaDJ will host world-leading Chinese doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals to share lessons learned from the front lines of diagnosing and treating COVID-19 patients. They will share tips from China on preventing and controlling the spread of COVID-19 and “flattening the curve” of the pandemic.

The first webinar will focus on Wuhan case studies on protecting doctors and nurses, reducing fatality rate among critically ill patients, and managing asymptomatic patients. 

 

This webinar is open to healthcare professionals, public health officials and life science and drug development professionals who are developing medical and public health countermeasures for COVID-19.
