王毅当面纠正日媒报道，日本记者一句话甩锅笑翻全场
这两天，双语君拍摄的一条关于国务委员兼外交部长王毅当面纠正日媒报道的小视频火了，收获众多网友好评。

到底是怎么回事呢？

事情要从王毅8月2-4日在新加坡出席年度东亚合作系列外长会（ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting and Related Meetings）说起。
这个外长会是每年地区外交的重头戏，也是各国媒体“新闻大战”的重要“战场”。
包括王毅在内的地区各国外交高官会出席一系列多边会议，并在与会期间举行双边会见。
8月4日下午，王毅在参会间隙接受媒体群访，记者提问非常踊跃，有问中美关系的，有问朝核问题的……
临近结束，王毅和随行人员欲离开，有日本NHK电视台的小哥手持DV凑上来，直接问关于东盟地区论坛（ASEAN Regional Forum）的问题。
王毅遂问：“你是哪儿的呀？”
小哥：“我是NHK电视台的。”
王毅对他说：“我正好要找你们呢！”
想必日媒小哥内心也是忐忑。
王毅说：“你们第一天发表的一个消息是不准确的。”
原来，王毅是要当面向NHK记者指出该台网站首页8月2日一篇涉及南海的报道的错误。
错误在哪儿呢？
东亚合作系列外长会每年都有东盟十国外长会，会后按惯例都会发表一份联合公报。
东南亚国家近年都在公报中就南海问题表达了“concern”（关切），只不过这两年来南海局势趋稳向好，每年公报中“concern”出现的次数自然在下降。
但是NHK这篇发表于今年东盟十国外长会前的前瞻稿件，声称去年公报没有提及“concern”，而今年的公报会提出“concern”。
如上图所示，文章称：
The statement for the foreign ministers' meeting in the Philippines last year did not use the word ‘concern’ on the issue.
去年菲律宾的东盟外长会发表的联合公报中并未就（南海）问题使用“关切”一词。
这篇报道这样写，会让人以为局势突然突然升温了呢！其实形势挺好的。
很显然，这篇文章与事实出入较大，成功引起了王毅的注意。
王毅耐心地告诉NHK：“去年也有（提出concern），前年也有，都有！”
他还提示媒体要关注今年公报中的积极内容——别老盯着“concern”！
网友纷纷点赞王毅用事实说话。
曾经当过驻日本大使的王毅想必对NHK很熟悉。
他话锋一转：NHK“本来是一个很负责任的媒体”——语气恳切，并没想全盘否定人家。
他接着风趣地提醒道：“在发表文章之前一定要check（检查），一定要搞准确了！”
NHK小哥一直插不上话，最后说出一句中文，亮了：
“不是我写稿的！”

❶ 中国与东盟国家就“南海行为准则”单一磋商文本草案达成一致
China and all the 10 members of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations have agreed on a “milestone” single draft text as they negotiate the Code of Conduct in the South China Sea, Singaporean Foreign Minister Vivian Balakrishnan said.
The single draft of the COC negotiating text (《南海行为准则》单一磋商文本), the first of its kind to define the framework and essential items of the expected COC, “will be a living document and the basis of future COC negotiations”, Balakrishnan said.
State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi told those attending the meeting that the draft represents major progress, and as long as the countries eliminate disturbances, the process of negotiating the COC will speed up.
Wang told reporters that the draft is like laying a foundation and building the supporting pillars for a house — the COC.
❷ 同意今年10月举行中国—东盟海上联合演习，并将以此次演习为起点，拓展中国和东盟的军事交流和安全合作。
The ASEAN-China foreign ministers' meeting "welcomed the conduct of the ASEAN-China Maritime Exercise in 2018 to enhance confidence and trust among the ASEAN and Chinese navies", said a statement by the Singapore side, host of the event, on Saturday.
❸ 加速区域全面经济伙伴关系协定（RCEP）谈判进程，促进贸易自由化。
Speaking on the progress achieved at the annual meetings this year, Wang noted that the foreign ministers of the 10 Southeast Asian countries plus China, Japan and the Republic of Korea, agreed on speeding up negotiations of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership trade deal.
❹ 达成重要共识：应该共同维护自由贸易，反对保护主义，坚持多边主义进程；积极推进东亚经济共同体建设。
The senior diplomats agreed that their countries should jointly champion free trade, oppose protectionism and advance the buildup of the proposed East Asia Economic Community, Wang said.
