重磅！华为宣布起诉美国政府

就在刚刚，华为在深圳总部举行外媒记者会，宣布一项重要决定：起诉美国政府。

Huawei said it had filed a complaint in a federal court in Texas challenging the constitutionality of Section 889 of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), a section signed into law by the US president in August that banned federal agencies and their contractors from procuring its equipment and services.

华为在深圳总部发布会上向外界透露，美国政府针对华为的美国国防授权法889条款违宪，华为已经在德州东区联邦法院正式起诉。该条款由美国总统8月签署入法，禁止美国行政部门机构获取华为的通讯硬件产品和服务。

北京时间10时，华为举行外媒记者会，CNBC、美联社、路透社、彭博社、BBC等媒体受邀参加。

华为轮值董事长郭平宣布，华为已向美国联邦法院提起诉讼，指控美国2019年国防授权法第889条款违反美国宪法。

郭平表示：

“美国国会通过立法惩罚华为，且从未展示支持这些限制条款的证据，因此，华为不得不决定通过法律行动予以回应。”

The US Congress has repeatedly failed to produce any evidence to support its restrictions on Huawei products. We are compelled to take this legal action as a proper and last resort.

“该限制条款违背了美国宪法，妨碍华为参与公平竞争，最终伤害的是美国消费者。我们希望法院能做出有益于美国消费者的正确决定。”

“This ban not only is unlawful, but also restricts Huawei from engaging in fair competition, ultimately harming US consumers. We look forward to the court's verdict, and trust that it will benefit both Huawei and the American people.”

华为刚刚在与美国的争端中加大筹码，宣布将起诉美国政府

美国商业内幕网报道称：

The US has ramped up political pressure on Huawei in recent months, requesting the extradition of its CFO Meng Wanzhou, who was arrested in Canada in December, and lobbying allies to reject its 5G equipment.

数月以来，美国一直对华为施加政治压力，要求引渡其高管孟晚舟，并且游说盟友拒绝华为的5G设备。

In a press conference on Thursday, the company claimed the US government has failed to produce evidence to back up concerns that the company poses a security threat, and it said the US government has acted unconstitutionally.

在7日的发布会上，华为公司称美国政府不能提出证据证明华为造成安全威胁，并称美国政府的所作所为违背宪法。

此外，在此次发布会上，华为还透露，有证据表明美国政府涉嫌入侵华为服务器。 

郭平在讲话中称，美国政府曾经入侵华为服务器、窃取了大量的邮件和源代码（The US government "has hacked our servers and stolen our e-mails and source code"），却没有找到任何华为会危害美国网络安全的证据，可美国政府，以及像参议员马克·卢比奥这样的人，仍然坚持要污蔑华为公司。

孟晚舟引渡听证会延期至5月8日

中国日报记者李娜从前方发回报道，当地时间3月6日上午10点，孟晚舟在温哥华的卑诗省最高法庭再次出庭。

经过17分钟的庭审，卑诗省检察方（Crown Council）律师表示与辩方律师团队达成协议，将此案延期至2019年5月8日再审理。从即日起到5月8日，检察方与辩方律师团队将商议递交给法庭的申诉。孟晚舟的辩方律师Richard Peck表示，这一案件“高度不寻常”，他们对其后的“政治动机”表示“严重关注”，此前美国总统的言论可能对案件的正确审理有所影响。
