国庆大阅兵！军方：规模超9·3，先进武器将首次亮相
据中宣部常务副部长王晓晖29日介绍，庆祝中华人民共和国成立70周年大会10月1日举行，习近平将发表重要讲话。
Chinese President Xi Jinping will attend a grand gathering to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China (PRC) on Oct. 1.
Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, will deliver an important speech at the event.
庆祝大会后，将举行盛大的阅兵式和群众游行。
A military parade and mass pageantry will be held following the gathering, said Wang Xiaohui, executive deputy head of the Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee.
据@人民日报报道，阅兵领导小组办公室副主任、军委联合参谋部作战局副局长蔡志军在回答记者提问时表示，国庆大阅兵将安排部分先进武器装备首次亮相，相比庆祝建国50周年、60周年阅兵和纪念抗战胜利70周年阅兵，这次阅兵的规模要大一些。

Major General Cai Zhijun, deputy director of the Central Military Commission's Joint Staff Department, told a news conference in Beijing on Thursday that the parade, an important part of the national celebration taking place in front of Tian'anmen Square, will unveil some advance new weapons and equipment.
All the equipment displayed will be domestically developed and in service, he said.
The parade will be larger than the ones that marked the 50th and 60th anniversary of the PRC's founding and the 70th anniversary of victory in the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, Cai said.
庆祝活动主要包括以下安排：
❶ 一是隆重举行庆祝大会、阅兵和群众游行。
10月1日，以中共中央、全国人大常委会、国务院、全国政协、中央军委名义在北京天安门广场隆重举行庆祝中华人民共和国成立70周年大会，中共中央总书记、国家主席、中央军委主席习近平发表重要讲话。庆祝大会后，将举行盛大的阅兵式和群众游行。
China will put on a grand celebration, followed by a military parade and mass pageantry at Tian'anmen Square on Oct. 1, the National Day, to mark the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.
❷ 二是举办首都国庆联欢活动。
10月1日晚，在北京天安门广场举办首都国庆联欢活动。党和国家领导人同首都各界代表一起联欢并观看文艺演出和焰火表演。
Party and State leaders and representatives from different fields will also attend a grand gathering in the evening to enjoy a gala and a firework show.
❸ 三是颁授国家勋章和国家荣誉称号。
在人民大会堂举行隆重颁授仪式，对在中国特色社会主义建设和保卫国家中作出重大贡献、建立卓越功勋、道德品质高尚、群众公认的杰出人士，在中国社会主义现代化建设和促进中外交流合作、维护世界和平中作出杰出贡献的外国人，在各领域各行业作出重大贡献、享有崇高声誉、道德品质高尚、群众公认的杰出人士，分别授予“共和国勋章”、“友谊勋章”和国家荣誉称号。中华人民共和国主席习近平将亲自颁授勋章、奖章，签发证书。
Chinese President Xi Jinping will present the Medals of the Republic, Medals of Friendship and national titles of honor to outstanding people at an event to mark the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.
❹ 四是举行向人民英雄敬献花篮仪式。
9月30日烈士纪念日，在北京天安门广场人民英雄纪念碑前，举行向人民英雄敬献花篮仪式，缅怀英雄烈士。党和国家领导人和首都各界群众代表参加。
❺ 五是举办国庆招待会。
以中华人民共和国主席习近平名义，在人民大会堂举办盛大国庆招待会，中共中央总书记、国家主席、中央军委主席习近平发表重要讲话。
❻ 六是举办国庆文艺晚会。
在人民大会堂举办庆祝中华人民共和国成立70周年文艺晚会，这次晚会将以大型音乐舞蹈史诗形式呈现，名称叫《奋斗吧 中华儿女》。
❼ 七是举办庆祝中华人民共和国成立70周年大型成就展。
9月起，在北京展览馆举办庆祝中华人民共和国成立70周年大型成就展。
❽ 八是颁发“庆祝中华人民共和国成立70周年”纪念章。
以中共中央、国务院、中央军委名义，向中华人民共和国成立前参加工作的、健在的老战士老同志，中华人民共和国成立后获得国家级表彰奖励及以上荣誉并健在的人员，中华人民共和国成立后因参战荣立一等功以上奖励并健在的军队人员（含退役军人）以及为中华人民共和国成立作出杰出贡献的国际友人，颁发“庆祝中华人民共和国成立70周年”纪念章。
The Communist Party of China Central Committee, the State Council and the Central Military Commission will jointly issue medals in commemoration of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China (PRC) as part of the celebration activities.
The medals will be awarded to the following individuals: living veterans and comrades who participated in the work on the revolution before the founding of the PRC, living individuals who received honors and awards at the state level and above after the founding of the PRC, living service personnel and veterans who received honors above the first-class merit citation for fighting wars after the founding of the PRC, and foreign friends who have made outstanding contributions to the founding of the PRC.
❾ 九是制作播出大型文献专题片。
以中华人民共和国成立70年来取得的辉煌成就为主要内容，制作播出大型文献专题片，国庆前夕在中央电视台一套黄金时间播出。同时，我们还将推出一批庆祝中华人民共和国成立70周年、具有较高思想艺术水平的戏剧、音乐、舞蹈、美术等各类优秀文艺作品，展映一批重点主题电影和电视剧，推出一批重点出版物。
❿ 十是发行纪念邮票和纪念币。
以庆祝中华人民共和国成立70周年为题材，发行一套纪念币和一套纪念邮票。
此外，各地区各部门根据党中央统一部署，组织开展形式多样的庆祝活动。中央宣传部紧紧围绕庆祝中华人民共和国成立70周年这条主线，正在精心组织开展“壮丽70年·奋斗新时代”大型主题采访活动，“我和我的祖国”群众性主题宣传教育活动、“最美奋斗者”学习宣传活动等，大力唱响礼赞新中国、奋斗新时代的昂扬旋律。
庆祝中华人民共和国成立70周年活动，既要隆重热烈又要务实节俭，严格执行中央八项规定精神，防止形式主义，不搞铺张浪费。
