又有重大突破!袁隆平:达到预期,很满意
22日,专家组公布了湖南衡南等地第三代杂交水稻首次专家测产结果:第三代杂交晚稻新组合表现优秀,亩产突破1046.3公斤。
The third-generation hybrid rice developed by Yuan Longping, the "father of hybrid rice," and his team underwent its first public yield monitoring from Monday to Tuesday and achieved high output.

G3-1S/亲89、G3-1S/亲183、G3-1S/亲19等组合于6月14-16日播种,7月5-12日移栽,表现株型优良、茎秆粗壮、耐肥抗倒,分蘖力强、穗大粒多、结实率高、籽粒充实饱满,后期转色好、不早衰。其中,G3-1S/亲89(叁优一号)经取样考种:平均每亩有效穗数15.8万穗,每穗总粒数390.0粒,总颖花数达到6000万/亩。
专家组认为:第三代杂交晚稻新组合表现优势强,产量有重大突破。建议国家及相关单位给予大力支持,加快推动产业化进程。
袁隆平向专家组介绍第三代杂交水稻的情况
The final yield of the tested variety, G3-1S/P19, came to 1,046.3 kg per mu (about 667 square meters), based on two plots of land in Qingzhu Village under the city of Hengnan in central China's Hunan Province.
对湖南省衡南县青竹村两丘试验田进行测产,新组合G3-1S/亲19亩产达到1046.3公斤。
Experts agreed that the rice has a stout stem, fertilizer tolerance, lodging resistance, large spike and more grains.
专家认为,第三代杂交晚稻新组合茎秆粗壮、耐肥抗倒、穗大粒多、结实率高。
"One of the most important characteristics of the third-generation hybrid rice is that it has a shorter growing period. A shorter growth period can reduce the use of pesticides and fertilizers, thus reducing cost and improving production efficiency," Qian said.
“第三代杂交水稻最重要的一个特性就是缩短生长期。生长期缩短最大的好处,就是减少了农药化肥等投入品的使用,节约了资源成本、提高了生产效率。”钱前表示。

At present, China's average yield of rice is about 500 kg per mu. Ordinary farmers can produce 600 kg to 700 kg of rice per mu by growing some excellent second-generation hybrid rice varieties, said Li Xinqi, a researcher with Hunan hybrid rice research center.
"However, under the same planting conditions and environment, the yield of the third-generation hybrid rice could reach 800 kg per mu," Li added.

"The third-generation hybrid rice has the comprehensive strength to promote a greener and more sustainable development of China's rice production with higher quality and yield," Yuan said.袁隆平表示,第三代杂交水稻的综合优势,可以推动我国的水稻生产向更加优质、高产、绿色和可持续方向发展。
