伊朗承认击落乌克兰客机：由于“人为错误”，“非故意”地击中
据外媒消息，伊朗国家电视台11日报道，伊朗军方承认击落乌克兰客机，称这是“人为错误”（human error）。
Iran has announced that its military “unintentionally” shot down a Ukrainian jetliner, killing all 176 people onboard.
The statement came on Saturday morning via state TV with “human error” blamed for the downing of the plane.
据外媒报道，伊朗军方发表声明称，当时该航班离开伊玛目霍梅尼国际机场，靠近了伊斯兰革命卫队的一个敏感的军事中心，因此被误认为是“敌机”。
当时正值轮换，且该中心处于高级警戒状态。在此情况下，由于人为错误，飞机被“非故意地”击中。
A military statement carried by state media said the plane was mistaken for a hostile target after it turned toward a sensitive military centre of the Revolutionary Guard.
“The military was at its highest level of readiness,” it said, amid the heightened tensions with the United States. “In such a condition, because of human error and in a unintentional way, the flight was hit.”
伊朗军方为此事道歉，并称将升级系统，避免将来再犯此类错误。声明称，相关责任方将被移交军事司法部门追责。
It apologized for the disaster and said it would upgrade its systems to prevent such mistakes in the future. The responsible parties would be referred to a judicial department within the military and held accountable, the statement said.
伊朗军方承认意外击落乌克兰客机后，伊朗外长扎里夫（Iranian Foreign Minister Javad Zarif）在推特上发文：
“A sad day. Preliminary conclusions of internal investigation by armed forces: human error at time of crisis caused by US adventurism led to disaster. Our profound regrets, apologies and condolences to our people, to the families of all victims, and to other affected nations.”
“（这是）悲伤的一天。武装部队内部调查得出初步结论：在美国冒险主义引发的危机时刻下，因人为失误导致了灾难。我们向我国人民、所有受害者的家属和其他受影响国家深表遗憾、道歉和慰问。”
