外媒疫情报道涉嫌种族歧视，网友反击：我是中国人，不是病毒！
当下，新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情成为全世界关注的焦点。
目前，除中国以外，全球包括美国、加拿大、法国、德国、泰国、新加坡等在内的多个国家已出现确诊病例。
随着疫情的发展，不少国家以各种方式表达了对中国的帮助和支持，但令人感到难过和愤怒的是，海外多地出现了针对华人甚至亚洲人群的歧视性事件。
据BBC报道，不久前法国《皮卡尔信使报》（Le Courrier Picard）发表了带有明显歧视性标题的文章——《黄色警告》（Alerte jaune (Yellow alert) ）和《黄祸？》（ Le péril jaune? (Yellow peril?)），此举引发当地亚洲群体的强烈不满。

There was an outcry when local newspaper Le Courier Picard used the inflammatory headlines "Alerte jaune" (Yellow alert) and "Le péril jaune?" (Yellow peril?).
网友们纷纷在社交媒体上打出“我不是病毒”（JeNeSuisPasUnVirus (I'm not a virus)）的话题标签，表达对抗议。
I'm Chinese, but I'm not a virus! I know everyone's scared of the virus but no prejudice, please.
我是中国人，但我不是病毒！我知道每个人都害怕病毒，但请不要抱有偏见。
并不是每个中国人都被感染了，所以停止你们的歧视言论。这太荒唐了。
致全世界因冠状病毒引发的恐慌而面临种族歧视的亚洲人：

反种族歧视和反犹太主义国际联盟负责人Stéphane Nivet表示，没有报纸敢用“黑色警告”做标题，所以很清楚这是有问题的。
Stéphane Nivet, head of Licra (the International League against racism and anti-Semitism), said no newspaper would have dared use the headline "Black alert" so it was clear there was a problem.
据报道，《皮卡尔信使报》很快道歉，并承认自己所为是“最糟糕的亚洲刻板印象”。
When called out, Le Courier Picard apologized for its headlines and admitted they were examples of the "worst Asian stereotypes".
无独有偶，日前，德国发行量最大的严肃时政类周刊《明镜》（Der Spiegel）在新一期的封面赫然写着“新型冠状病毒，中国制造——当全球化成为致命危险”。
而“Made in China”（“中国制造”）一行，特地加大字号，并使用黄颜色进行了突出，与图片配合起来，整体效果非常具有煽动性。

《明镜》上述封面引起读者广泛批评和不满，不少网友在其推特账号相关推文下留言，批评该封面有失水准，是种族歧视。
这个“中国制造”的标题真没水平。
最大的危险不是病毒或者全球化，而是种族主义和愚昧。
事实上，在这个我此时居住的国家，人们会称这样的标题为“种族主义的”。
当地时间1日，中国驻德国大使馆就此表明立场称，制造恐慌、相互指责、甚至种族歧视毫无益处，我们对此表示鄙视。全球性挑战需要全球共同应对。希望德有关媒体也与各方一起共同承担起责任来。
"Releasing such a picture does nothing to the outbreak, but only causes panic, mutual blaming and even radical discrimination. We despise such a move," the Chinese embassy said on its official website.
The embassy said global challenges need to be addressed globally, and that German media shares the same responsibility as everyone.
在加拿大多伦多，为了应对反亚情绪（anti-Asian sentiment）抬头，华人群体负责人及市议员召开新闻发布会，提醒民众不要对亚洲群体区别对待。
In Toronto, Canada, concerns about rising anti-Asian sentiment prompted city councilors and Chinese community leaders to call a news conference last week in order to remind residents that people of Asian descent are no more likely to have the virus than anyone else.
当地时间周六，加拿大总理特鲁多在多伦多出席当地的华人新春拜年活动时，呼吁加拿大人团结起来，共同抵制由于害怕新型冠状病毒传播而产生的歧视行为。

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau further urged Canadians to stay united and warned against the rise of discrimination as fears of the coronavirus spread.
特鲁多说：“加拿大没有任何地方可以容忍由于恐惧和错误信息而产生的歧视！这从来都不是加拿大人所支持的。”
"There is no place in our country for discrimination driven by fear or misinformation," Trudeau said at a Lunar New Year celebration at a banquet hall in Toronto on Saturday. "This is not something Canadians will ever stand for."
当地时间周五，加拿大卫生部长海杜（Patty Hajdu）在接受加拿大广播公司采访时说，加拿大不会效仿美国因为中国新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情而宣布全国进入公共卫生紧急状态，也不会跟风美国限制中国人（或者最近去过中国的外国人）入境。
此外，针对因中国疫情而产生的排华行为，新加坡总理李显龙称，这是公共卫生事件，不是国家或种族的问题，排华行为愚昧且不合逻辑，无助于攻克疫情。

He addressed the recent bubbling of anti-China or anti-Chinese sentiment in many countries, and called it unhelpful to the cause of fighting the outbreak.
他就近日多国出现的排华情绪发声表示，这无助于攻克疫情。
"That is foolish and illogical," PM Lee said in Mandarin."Even though the virus started in Wuhan, it doesn't respect nationality or race. It does not check your passport before it goes into your body. Anybody can be infected," he said.
李显龙用中文说道：“这是愚蠢且不合逻辑的。虽然病毒发源于武汉，但这与国籍或种族无关。病毒进入你体内前，可不会查你护照。任何人都有被感染的可能。”
他强调各国需要和中国齐心协力，才能共同克服挑战。
"(The outbreak) is a problem that all countries must work together to solve."
