送别李文亮医生，世卫组织官员：深表痛心
据@武汉中心医院 消息：武汉中心医院眼科医生李文亮，在抗击新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情工作中不幸感染，经全力抢救无效，于2020年2月7日凌晨2点58分去世，对此，医院方面深表痛惜和哀悼。
Dr Li Wenliang, one of eight people who tried to warn about the novel coronavirus when it first emerged in Wuhan, now the epicenter of the disease, but was reprimanded by local police, was proclaimed dead on Friday from the virus, according to the Central Hospital of Wuhan.
"After emergency treatment, Li Wenliang passed away," the Central Hospital of Wuhan announced on Weibo, China's version of Twitter. "We deeply regret and mourn Li's death."
The hospital said Li, 33, died at 2:58 am.
1月8日，李文亮在接诊时遇到不明原因的病毒性肺炎患者，随后自己也出现咳嗽、发热等症状。2月1日上午10时41分，李文亮在自己的微博上公布了其确诊新型冠状病毒肺炎的消息。此后，其微博再无更新。
"I was finally confirmed as being infected by the novel coronavirus," Li wrote on Feb 1 on Weibo, adding a dog emoji.
李文亮此前接受采访时曾说：“疫情还在扩散，不想当逃兵！恢复以后还是要上一线。”
昨晚，网络上关于“李文亮去世”的消息传播开来并成为网友关注的焦点。
2月7日凌晨0:38分，武汉中心医院发文称，“李文亮医生病危，正在全力抢救中”。许多网友留言为李医生祈祷“今晚不睡，等奇迹发生”。
"Doctor Li was unfortunately infected by the novel coronavirus and he is now critically ill and under emergency treatment," said the Central Hospital of Wuhan on its official Weibo account.
The post soon attracted millions of netizens to pray for the doctor.
"I won't sleep tonight!!! Wait for a miracle online!" said one comment that received 350,000 thumbs-up.
“让我们颂扬他的贡献”
2月7日，世卫组织称，世卫组织流行病和大流行病预警和反应司司长Mike Ryan博士在记者会上对李文亮医生的逝世表示哀悼。
先前，世卫组织在社交媒体上引述Mike Ryan博士的话表达悼念：“我们痛心于李文亮医生的逝世。让我们颂扬他为抗击新型冠状病毒所做的贡献。”
武汉卫健委官网发布公告，向李文亮医生表示沉痛哀悼，并向其家属表示深切慰问。
